Apartment holiday rentals in Phra Sing

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

Loved everything about this stay. It was cozy, inviting, and incredibly clean. I’m happy to have paid a little more for this quality of an accommodation. 10/10 would recommend.

A fantastic place to stay! We spent a month here and felt like at home. The interior is quite modern, thoughtful, convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The host is extremely responsive and provides very good services. They even offer weekly cleaning of the apartment at not cost which we have not experienced before at Airbnb bookings. Wifi is fast for remote working purpose. Kitchen and bathroom are functional and clean. Location is superb — walking distance to maya, one Nimman etc and there are plenty of massage places, restaurants and bars for you to enjoy the Chiang Mai night life. We even got a walk-in massage at 11pm one day. They also provide two free bicycles to use which really saved a lot of time for us. There is also a motorcycle rental place downstairs that provides very good service if you want to go somewhere far away. Hope next time we come back to Chiang Mai we can stay here again!

Friendly and prompt host, satisfied with the accommodation in the same condition as the photos. There is a kitchen, so it is the best accommodation for families!!

We were very pleased here. To acces the room, you climb up 3 floors, partly through the utility rooms of the Mandala Center. The stairs end in a large hallway. This is the common room. You cannot lock here. Here is the TV and fridge. From there you can also get to a clean bath. You also enter the bedroom from here, it has a normal lock and you can lock up. Both air conditioners worked. We couldn't find a remote control for the TV. There was always fresh water in the fridge and often fresh fruits. Thank you. We were satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, with a nice balcony, a washing machine, one big room, and another smaller room — perfect for our needs. The condo is in a great location with KFC, 7-11, Watsons, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was huge and very well-maintained. We traveled just after the earthquake, and the host was very responsive and kept us updated the whole time, which made us feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a good stay, bed was comfortable, and condo was clean and as advertised.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

I was finishing a 4 month trip in Asia and just wanted a place to rest and get ready for my return trip. Summer's place was just perfect for that. The apartment had everything required , was clean and quiet and I especially enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym. Summer is a communicative and friendly hostess and can highly recommend the apartment to anyone. I walked everywhere, too,but just as easily you can get a local uber To the airport it took a few minutes from the property.

Nice stay overall. There are shops and big 7/11 on the opposite side, also KFC, milk tea, clinic etc. It is just 10min to the Airport and close distance to other places like Night Bazaar. I especially like the coffeshop on the right side of Condo entrance, good food for waiting to checkin 🥹 Host also flexible for checkin so really appreciate that. Next time will try the pool when i can clearly could not find time 🥲

I loved everything about my stay here and would have stayed longer if I could have. Very quiet neighborhood in the Old City, and I felt very safe. Amazing hosts/service (water, laundry, etc) with flexible check in/out and bag storage. Very well equipped kitchen, working ac, hot water, super strong wifi. Easy walk to Nimm if you want to check out that area too. Soft quiet chimes from the temple next door was maybe my favorite part :) The place is huge - would definitely be ample space for two people. The bed is definitely very firm. The pillows and bedding (100% cotton) were awesome. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed for 2 days with my family including a toddler. Maggie was very responsive and was extremely attentive to our needs.

The host is a host in the truest sense of the word and strives to meet any requests. Even if small problems arise, he always has a solution ready. Even when I forgot my stuff. When I checked out, I was able to get everything later in retrospect. It was a good stay as described, you can't ask for better hosts. Thank you again for everything. Best regards

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed this place. The window overlooking the street is perfectly placed. The bathtub was very large, the bathroom itself was pretty cool. Overall, I will definitely book again when I am having another event in the area

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Located next door to the Shangri-La Hotel, you can walk to 7-Eleven in a minute or ten minutes to BigC.If you like the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Generation, it is basically all within 20 minutes walking distance.And the walking street of the ancient city is half an hour away, but it is very convenient to request a ride. The inside of the apartment is fully equipped, there is also a gym and a small swimming pool on the roof of the building.The interior is not new, but generally acceptable, and the hygiene situation is good. The small drawback is that the soundproofing of the walkway at the entrance door is normal, but the two-bedroom layout of the room has no effect on the bedroom.As well as the windows of the hotel across the road, the curtain needs to be closed all the time if you mind the privacy issue. All in all, it's a very good value for money.

It was a great stay and I’d highly recommend it if you are looking to be closer to the airport and within a quick tuk tuk ride to the old city.
