Waterfront holiday rentals in Phoenix

My husband and I stayed at Tiko's lovely place when we came to Phoenix for a graduation at ASU. Wonderful location, very nice building, very quiet and clean. We'll be back. :)

The host was amazing and it was an amazing experience

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Beautiful apt just like the pictures

My favorite thing about Tiko’s place was the extremely comfortable bed and water pressure! I had the best sleep and the most amazing showers. I also loved how steps out the door was the common area, pool and jacuzzi and the gym is just above. They’re separated by a wall so no noise was heard. I felt extremely safe, there’s a night guard outside of the property and you need a key to access the garage / parking spot. It felt like my own little apartment with everything within reach. I’d definitely stay again.

Lili’s place had an eclectic, mid century vibe that was beautifully decorated. The location was great and the kitchen was well stocked. We used two of the three community pools and both were a short walk away. Also walked to the Mexican restaurant on the other side of the lake and the food was great. Hope to stay again soon!

Second time we've stayed at this location. It was a great stay, central location, and we were happy to try the bird scooters on the Riverwalk. Spencer responded quickly and was very polite and understanding regarding our questions. highly recommended for the price. The marina can be a little tricky with uber/lyft/instacart drivers so I would recommend having your pickup/drop-off point to the north of the building in the visitors parking.

No frills (not even a cactus postcard on the fridge) apartment. Clean, spacious, accessible. Nice charming neighborhood. Very walkable and youthful. Prized for location and relative quiet.

The property is absolutely beautiful, there are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee, taking the views of the San Tan mountains. It’s extremely close to hiking trails, and there’s plenty of amenities, a short drive away

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy lakeside home in Gilbert! The house was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The lake views were beautiful and made for peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings. It’s in a great location — quiet but still close to restaurants, stores, and local attractions. Perfect for families looking for a relaxing stay with a touch of nature. We’d definitely come back!

First time in Phoenix, and our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of perfect! The house itself is stunning — clean, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. From the peaceful pool area to the cozy interior, everything was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality. I mentioned needing some Splenda for coffee, and within an hour, it was delivered to the door via DoorDash! That level of attentiveness and care truly made the experience special. We can’t wait to come back again soon — highly recommend this wonderful retreat!

The home and neighborhood was over the top. We felt very at home and we were able to entertain our family for Mother's Day weekend. the layout was perfect for six of us. The pool was definitely a bonus especially with the 102 degree temperature. Check out instructions were super easy. Deborah was very responsive and so helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely encourage anyone to stay here and when we are back in town, we will stay again ourselves.

Nine palms exceeded all expectations. House was exceptionally clean..well furnished and comfortable. quick responses with all questions from beginning bookings to the end of trip. Very accommodating for the small children in our group...extra pack and plays and highchairs were available upon request. Pool and hot tub..clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfy as well... awesome location and easy to hop on highway to any destination. I truly can't think of one negative aspect regarding this rental. Had an amazing trip! thank u all

This house is amazing. The furniture is very comfortable as are the beds. The backyard is amazing, my kid had a great time in the pool everyday. This is easily one of the top homes we have ever stayed in, and would definitely choose this location again for another getaway. It should be noted that AZ spring/summer can get up to over 100 degrees and one of the AC units in the house started blowing warm air. Response time to remedy this was immediate and much appreciated.

We so enjoyed our stay! We used it for a Mother’s Day family get-together and it was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us and lots to do at the house: pool, boat, fishing, jacuzzi, bbq, in and outside games, pool table and lots more. We had a few questions during our stay and Mike and Dora responded quickly and were very helpful. The entire family said they’d stay there again. Thank you Mike and Dora 😀

We stayed in this beautiful home while in Phoenix for my daughter's graduation. The communication prior to our arrival was wonderful. The host answered all my questions promptly! Check-in went very smooth. So, I love nice towels ( it's the little things), they were nice and soft. The home was EXACTLY as pictured. We enjoyed sitting out by the lake as well as taking a couple of trips around it in the boat provided. This home was located near reastaraunts and grocery stores. This home is a winner.

My mom and brother flew in from San Antonio, and me from Washington to reunite with our brother in Arizona. Jennifer provided a comfortable home with everything we needed for our trip! We loved the big private patio and there was a closet full of games. Anyone visiting Arizona in the hot months knows a good air conditioner is essential and we were not let down! We had comfortable bed options and felt right at home. Jennifer accommodated an early check in for my brother who arrived before us and even offered a delayed checkout proactively. This location is right off of the freeway and close to lots of dining options. We felt safe in the condominium community. We would definitely stay again!

My stay here was amazing! It’s in a very walkable area and local to a lot of great places to eat. It felt very safe and secure. The condo was incredibly clean, and the airplane noise mentioned in the description was not even an issue. It was very quiet and peaceful and I slept great! Bed was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The area was clean and quiet, which I always appreciate. Both Ted and Spencer left explicit instructions for me. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Phoenix.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – You HAVE to Book Evan’s Airbnb! Wow, where do I even begin? This was hands down one of the most comfortable and well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. A very clean and well maintained unit, conveniently located for access to shopping, grocery and restaurants. The property has several lakes and a nice, meandering walkway for strolls in the morning or evening. Inside the space is well laid out and a good size for four to cook, dine, and relax in the living area. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My husband and I stayed at Edward's place while looking for a house in the area. The apartment was super clean and as described. It's a very peaceful location next to the water. The only issue we had was finding the actual unit since literally on the side of the water where you can't drive. The covered spot isn't right outside so it was a bit confusing. But overall a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Alan was super responsive and made sure l had everything I needed. It was comfortable for a long stay and the shared dog area in the back made it super easy to let the dog out.
