Holiday rentals with a patio in Phnom Penh

Very nice cleaned place. Love the location, all great coffee shops are all around. Host is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would return.

Very nice appartment in the center of the city. Walking distance of central market, riverside, royal palace. Votey was very helpful and responded quickly to our messages. The appartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us but be prepared :) The area is pretty busy but the flat was quiet. Many items were available from kitcheware to towels and soap. Very nice stay.

Excellent new apartment, and a great host. Great place for some peace and relaxation just outside of the city. Downtown Phnom Penh is very busy, loud, and a lot of traffic. This location is opposite. Safe, quiet, and private. Close enough to get to the city in a few minutes. Mr. Puthyrak and his niece are wonderful responsive hosts with experience. I highly recommend this stay and hope to visit again. Thank you 🙏

Emma was very helpful. We had to move locations 3 days before we to arrive and Emma was able to help us out. Our flight was arrive early and I asked Emma if we could store our luggage. To help accommodate she found one of her other properties that we could check in early and leave our luggage. Her brother met us and checked us In. He have very clear directions.

I stayed for a month and found the apartment to have everything I needed, it was very clean, a very comfortable bed and good quality linen. New air conditioning and new apartment. The owner/manager was proactive with his email correspondence and extremely helpful and I am sure he would be a perfect host with sound advice for a first time visitor. There are tuk tuks in front of the apartment almost 24 hours a day and security/reception working 24 hours a day so apartment feels safe at all times. The apartment is close to all sights, most within walking distance, or short tuk tuk ride away. I would recommend the apartment best by saying I would stay there again when I return to Phnom Penh, if available.

The place has a stunning view. It’s clean with complete amenities to enjoy your stay. Easy access to gym and pool. Market is right around the corner, you can buy your ingredients and cook if you’re lazy to go out. Lana is approachable and super nice! My friends who worked in Phnom Penh loved the place too and they plan to stay there too.

The place was conveniently located, and the hosts were easy to coordinate with. Clean, no-frills place, and definitely a place I would stay in again next time.

V's place was amazing. If you need a getaway out of the city, this place is a must. Might be a little bit hard to find, but the location is there for a reason. Peaceful and quiet. The garden and sunset scenery was perfect. Big massive space to walk around and enjoy with friends or family. Total country-side vibes, with a little bit of modern comfort from the pool the room and the outdoor garden. Garden lights were on at night, and we'd just enjoy the isolation from city lights and sounds.

This stay was so lovely! Clean, bright space in a really nice building. The area was great for walking and we loved having a washing machine. There’s a rooftop gym that is small but effective and also has yoga mats to use if you wanted to workout on the roof outside of the gym room- we loved spending time on the roof and enjoying the view and the breeze! Host was very kind and great at responding and helping. Thank you!!!

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

safe and quiet

Staying in J Tower II apartments was the most memorable stay in Phnom Penh, we liked all amenities: sky pool, game room and lobby floor. The apartment itself was modern, the TV was wide screen. The host was communicative and responsive.

We stayed in Sophina’s apartment for 2 months. It was comfortable, clean and convenient. We appreciated the washing machine, rooftop pool and very comfortable bed. It’s in a quieter part of town but there are always tuk tuk right outside so transport was very easy and inexpensive. There are 2.grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

The accommodation was easy to find and the self check-in was simple. The place is well located and in a quiet building. The apartment is beautiful and feels like home. No windows in the bedroom, so you will get a nice long night of sleep in the blacked out room. There's a small balcony and comfy couch if you want to Netflix and relax. The gym and pool access is not free though ($3 for a day pass) but totally worth it.

If you are the one who like to stay in a cozy andsilence place, l'd recommend to stay at here. The room is clean indeed.
