Family-friendly holiday rentals in Phnom Penh

The place was really clean and well-lit. The view isnt amazing, but the apartment is gorgeous, especially in the mornings when the sun enters the apartment. All the things in the apartment were new including all the furnishings. At first there was no cooking utensils but it was stated that there were supposed to be a fully stocked kitchen. Upon request, the staff bought an entire new kitchen set including a rice cooker, pans and pots, knives and cutlery and ktichenware and placed it neatly within the cupboards within a few hours. Therefore they have excellent service. Location for the apartment is not the best,but it is close to the city centre. The apartment has a few tuktuk drivers on standby and it is cheap and easy to access the city or travel anywhere for a few dollars. Tuk tuk drivers will also wait for you and bring you back to the hotel if needed. The place in general is great and v big. Definitely would stay again when I return to Phnom Penh

I have spent 5 weeks with my family living in the wonderful place - Tamarind Residence. I was working and my family was having vacations. We both enjoyed the place - I admired the quiet place to rest after work with stable internet in case of late working days. My family loved the pool, big green yard, TV and the spacious apartments. Tamarind Residence is new and very well equipped with everything that is needed for comfortable living from kitchen to laundry place, nice spaces for grills and terraces for dining. The host and other staff are very welcoming, attentive, helpful. Place is well maintained and all requests were quickly solved, advice given. There are guards all the time, so it feels very safe. Each bedroom have separate bathroom - enough privacy even when sharing the apartment. The apartment is outside of the city, but that was an advantage as well to me, because cities in Asia are quite noisy. We got familiar with other local people in the neighborhood, where in the morning bough fresh vegetables for cooking, coconuts for juice, etc. Nearby there are some places to go for dinner and SPA. Tuktuks drives with pleasure everywhere. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend very much to others. Furthermore, I hope that some time in the future, I could return and definitely stay there. It was such a blessing to come up with this apartment announcement!

Couldnt have asked for a better location with amazing views of the river. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. I spent hours just sitting on the balcony watching how locals spend their time by the riverside. The apartment itself is unique. The highlight was definitely the rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the river. The downside was the many stairs it took to get to the 4th floor. Definitely a good workout. Not the safest place for small kids as there are many steps and it is on the rooftop. The bedrooms were nicely done up and the beds were comfortable. A few issues with air con leaks and water supply in one of the rooms. I loved that each room had it's own kitchen. It's so self contained and ideal for a bunch of friends traveling together. The only major downside was the massive construction right next door which started at 730am and ended at 10pm. Lots of noise, dust and I didn't feel comfortable getting into the hot tub with dozens of guys around. Sleeping in was impossible too. Wish I had known before. Construction aside Borei's apartment is a great find and good value for money.

Sarin and Chef Nak were absolutely fantastic hosts! They were super responsive, told us which places to visit within Phnom Penh and also helped us hire a car to get around. One thing to note is that if you plan to go into the city often, the journey can take around 45 mins to an hour, given that the car has to cross a stretch of water by boat ($2 each way). In conversation, we mentioned to Sarin and Chef Nak that we are vegetarian and they were so considerate that they helped us buy fresh vegetables and even prepared a lovely welcome breakfast. Their place was perfect for a short and relaxing getaway, and the house itself was stunning. The only slight drawback was due to the heaters being solar powered, we didn’t really get much hot water for showers. All in all we couldn't have asked for better hosts than Sarin and Chef Nak :)

J'ai passé un mois merveilleux dans cet appartement à Phnom Penh, et je ne peux que le recommander vivement ! Le logement est très bien situé, offrant un accès facile aux principaux points d'intérêt de la ville tout en étant dans un quartier calme et agréable. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour prolongé. La décoration est soignée, et l'ambiance est vraiment chaleureuse et accueillante. Notre hôte Michael a été absolument exceptionnel : très réactif et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Il m'a également donné de très bonnes recommandations pour découvrir la ville, ses restaurants ainsi que ses différentes attractions. Que vous soyez en voyage d'affaires ou en vacances, ce logement est idéal. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente. Un grand merci à Michael pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité !

This is a fairly new AirBNB so they are still getting a few details sorted in term of the best amenities to have in the apartment, but were very upfront about it, and responsive when we requested things (like kitchen knives). Thuch was very friendly and easy to get in contact with when needed. The only thing to note is that the AirBNB address isn’t correct. This place is located very close to Bassac Lane - which is awesome if you want to be near restaurants and nightlife like we did, but if you’re an early to bed kind of person, and want peace and quiet before midnight, you might find it a bit loud. Would stay again.

This condo was as nice as described and is centrally located in the city. Everything is within a short tuk tuk ride or a short walk away. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and was very flexible in working with me on accommodations! Plus there is a great restaurant next door called Pho Town that we went to everyday for breakfast!

East Land Apartments (Yue Tai Hotel and Apartment) is located at the corner of streets 214 and 51. Great communication with Richard. Good recommendations and helpful. Nice location from which many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. We stayed about three weeks in Room 506. Spacious 2bed/2 bath. Has an agitator, laundry detergent and clothes rack for convenience. The flat was a little warm, so Richard was able to drop off a floor fan which helped a lot. The master bedroom had only a box spring, so it felt like sleeping on plywood. Richard was able to arrange the delivery of a mattress. It took a few days but made a big difference. The gym has been severely neglected and is rather useless. Fortunately there is a very modern gym only a few minutes away down Street 51 called The Place. $15 per day / $99 per month. Overall nice place to stay.

Très agréable séjour dans l appartement avec possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner et se restaurer au restaurant de la résidence, l appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant mais dans une rue très calme, le centre ville et les sites touristiques sont faciles d accès en Grab ou en Tuktuk. Merci à Michael et son équipe pour l accueil sympathique et les bons conseils pour explorer Phnom Penh !

l'endroit est calme. L'appartement recent et très propre. La propriétaire est accueillante et serviable. Tout est parfait. Il y a un seul bemol: l'air conditionné dans la salle de séjour est insuffisant.

This apartment is very spacious, comes at a good price and offers an amazing view! Also the hosts are always responsive and helped with anything we needed as fast as possible 😊 We basically had everything we needed to stay comfortably for 3 weeks and we would definitely come again. Thank you!

First of all, the hosts are very helpful and friendly. They are quite accessible whenever I communicate. The place is lovely and clean. Since I am anxious person, I have concern on the lock system. Nothing happened but the floor lock is broken while the room lock is performing. So, I am a bit worried about the security since I stay alone. The bathroom lights blink a lot but if you keep them on for the entire time, no problem. The others are perfect. Location is accessible to everywhere. Restaurants are very nearby. There are also 24/7 stores and juice shops are around. The whole road is lighten up and lively. So, if you are like me looking for lively and lights the night, it is really good stay.

Super séjour au 25e étage avec une vue imprenable sur le Mékong, particulièrement au lever du soleil depuis le balcon. Appartement propre, bien rangé, joliment décoré, avec machine à laver, parfait pour un séjour prolongé. Arrivée et départ autonomes, très simples. L’hôte est réactif, disponible et très serviable. Quelques petits détails à améliorer : changer la poêle, ajouter un peu de sel, poivre, sucre, et remplacer le robinet de la salle de bain, un peu usé par rapport au reste, mais rien de gênant. La piscine est agréable, la salle de sport très basique, avec peu d’équipements fonctionnels. Si vous êtes sportif il faudra se rendre dans une vraie salle de sport, mais assez pour maintenir la forme. Idéalement situé, à 5 min en tuk-tuk du centre, dans un quartier calme avec tout à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, parfait pour découvrir Phnom Penh en toute tranquillité
