The place is pretty good. Had everything I needed and it was just as it was advertised. Didn’t really have any major issues. The only minor one was that I couldn’t open the door to the outside patio. But it wasn’t a big deal to the point it would lose a star.

Definitely 10/10 space. Apartment is recently built and every furniture and equipment is new and sparkling clean. Also, there’s a gym, coworking space and pool so you don’t need to go out. It’s located in a quiet and safe area and Aeon Mall is 15 minutes away by tuk tuk. Lastly, the host, Sokkunthea and Vibol are so kind and well communicated. I’m fully satisfied!!

This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos, and the space is very clean. The host provides fresh towels, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The bed is firm yet comfortable. The host is highly responsive and extremely helpful. The apartment is also equipped with a microwave, stove, and all the necessary kitchen tools, allowing guests to cook their own meals. This is the best Airbnb property in the area due to its excellent location in BKK1, which offers plenty of nearby restaurants, markets, and amenities. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The house was nice, well-equipped, and in a good location. The only thing I really don’t get is why, in Malaysia, when you want to rent a place for a week, they don’t give you a discount, they actually charge you more! So you’re basically forced to extend your stay day by day, which is a bit frustrating.

I had a great week at Michele's apartment and decided to book a few more days. It's a very nicely arranged apartment with the mezzanine bedroom. It's convenient having two bathrooms, one on each level. The kitchen was good and I was able to do some cooking. The Internet was fast. It has a good sized balcony and a nice view. The bay windows do a great job of keeping out the noise from outside so it feels very calm in the apartment. There is good sound insulation between apartments. There were a few problems with cleanliness when I arrived but that was sorted out by the cleaners. Michele was friendly and always wrote back quickly.

Adrian was very responsive , helpful and the stay was very pleasant.

Excellent apartment, furniture, bathtub – we found the structure great, and the internet worked well too. The gym and pool were fantastic, and everyone treated us very well. We wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality :)

In general all was OK

Great view from Jerome’s place. When the electrical had issues he was very responsive and proactive and got it fixed quickly. The place could have been cleaner but it was a good value. Thanks for hosting.

This was the best of the seven places I stayed in Phnom Penh. Communication with the owner was smooth and well-coordinated with the front desk staff. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was also good, with nice restaurants nearby.

We had Vatey's house for our count down 2023-2024 and we had a great experience seeing the firework from the room. It has the city view and river view. The house is close to shopping centers and many other attractions in OCIC. There is the pool and gym at 24Floor. Clean sheets. Recommended!!

The room was excellent and clean. Nice and clean linens and towels, new furniture, refrigerator and TV. Great internet too. Only one point of note, there is a $50 deposit before you check in that was not mentioned until after you book and cannot be covered with credit card, only cash. This was not clearly disclosed before the booking. I didn't have the cash on me, so the receptionist kindly waived the deposit.

Great value for the price. The apartment was clean, free of mosquitos, and quiet. Very spacious and not cramped like so many other hotels. Has all the equipment you need. The apartment complex has 2 really long pools that you can swim laps in with great views of the city. It also has a weight training room, cardio room, and free studio. Lots of good Cambodian street food, Chinese restaurants, and 24/7 stores right outside your door. When I return to Cambodia, I will come back here again.

My stay at Eloisa's one-bedroom apartment in the Royal Platinum Condominium was absolutely fantastic! The building is new and still has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, which was perfect for someone like me looking to relax and enjoy the abundant amenities. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable, featuring a cosy bed, a spotless clean environment, fast WiFi, and a large balcony with great views. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated having access to the building's spa and gym facilities, which were a wonderful bonus. The location in Touk Kork is superb. It's walking distance to many fancy cafes and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. TK Avenue is also just a short stroll away, where you'll find a supermarket and a professional gym, covering all your needs. I would definitely return to Eloisa's apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and peaceful stay in Phnom Penh.

Place was as described, nice gym and pool and not noisy. A short car ride from BKK1
