Family-friendly holiday rentals in Phetchaburi

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

First time staying at this location and definitely would stay again. Easy check in peaceful area clean and comfortable beds. Will need a motorbike to get around as it’s out of the way.

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

Our stay at Deepak's was great. From the moment we arrived, we felt very much at home. The condo was exactly as described in the listing and the photos accurately represent the beautiful condo. The lazy river swimming pool is massive and we enjoyed walking through and exploring the resort and seeing the beautiful homes and lush tropical foliage. The fact that is is next door to the Hua Hin Sheraton Resort & Spa only enhances its appeal. The Sheraton is a beautiful resort with great amenities and a great beach to enjoy as well. We loved Deepak's place and cannot wait to return!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The building manager Mud met us at the arrival and she has been always very attentive to our needs and requests. You can have a weekly cleaning of the house for 250baht or a Massager coming to you! The swimming pool is always clean and safe. The beach is great and 1 step away from the apartment! The house was clean and reflected exactly what you see in the pictures (even better). Only “downside” is that you only have 2 fires to cook and tiny so sometimes you have to cook one thing at the time. We had a car so we could Easley navigate the surrounding and in less than 10min you have big supermarkets. Great place for families with kids. We definitely suggest this place!

We had an amazing time staying at Pooky’s place! We spent about 4 days here and found it perfect! The area is super beautiful with tons of restaurant options and just a quick walk to the beach. The grounds are lovely and everything was better than we expected! Absolutely adored our time here and would definitely recommend!

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

A wonderful and Thai authentic Villa. Right next to the 8th hole, looking over the lake.. Beautiful pool and a very nice outdoor space. 3 Very nice bedrooms. Perfect communication with the owner will recommend her to everybody.

We are a family of 10 pax with elderly and young kids. The host place was spacious and that gives everyone their own space and personal bathroom. The indoor swimming pool was also fabulous! The host prepared plenty of mineral water for us which last us more than our stay. The fruits and welcome cake were also a pleasant surprise! Overall, its a great place to chill for a holiday! Thumbs up.

We had a wonderful stay at Fred’s property. Fred is super responsive and helpful. House comes with a booklet of very helpful information regarding Hua Hin and restaurants/ things to do. The house was clean and well-maintained, with an impressive array of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and dinnerware, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or dining in. The outdoor area was fantastic, featuring a lovely pool that made for happy kids to play. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently located just a 10–15-minute drive from town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

The place is clean. It is about 20-30 minutes away from Hua Hin city. If there is traffic, it will take a little time, but overall it is comfortable. It is suitable for tourists who come as a family.

Nong is a great hostess! Even before the trip, she inquired about us and gave tips. The house really is lovely and cozy. We particularly liked the idyllic garden. It is pleasantly quiet and the accommodation is more central than the pictures suggested. Thank you for a lovely stay in Hua Hin, Nong! A small suggestion on our part: sliding curtains for the door to make you feel more private in the evening:-)

Although it is not in the Hua Hin area, the single-family villa is suitable for an old and small house, there may be activities in the next building singing until late every day, the door closed is not very disturbed, order delivery can be added some tip, otherwise far away is easy to be discarded, the rest is perfect

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

The private condominium with breathtaking view of the ocean. It has five star hotel facilities. We enjoyed the beach and a very large swimming pool there. The room is well-maintained, well decorated and look like in the pictures. Bose speaker in the room is a good addition, the sound quality is very good.

This is our second stay at Rassamee’s house. It’s in a quiet location away from town but close enough to get there whenever you want. Easy to get grab and bolt and close to shops and good restaurants. We will stay with Rassamee in the future.

It was well-equipped with all the necessities for living, so there was no inconvenience at all even for a long-term stay, and the surroundings were quiet, so I was able to relax comfortably without the noise of a motorbike. The bed sheets and towels were also neatly changed, so I was hygienically satisfied.

The house is clean and has a swimming pool just right for a group. The place is not very big, peaceful, close to the shopping mall. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy to get around.

What an awesome place! We have a very great time staying in Nithiphat's place. The place is exactly as in the pictures. The rooms are spacious to accommodate 5 people. All the amenities are there for convenience. Everything is clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The balcony is really nice with a view of very large swimming pool and garden. You can easily walk to the beach club in 2 min. There's a gym to use for free and other 2 beautiful pools looking over the beach. Long beach which Baba beach club next to it. But the place is very beautiful and peaceful like you own the whole place. There's hardly any noise to bother you aside from the wind blowing and leaves rustling. The facilities are well-maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. Constantly making sure our stay is smooth and comfortable. The check-in is easy. Honestly, I really can't recommend this place enough. Great place. Quiet. Few steps to the beach. Beautiful. Spacious. Definitely will stay again!

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house is bright and spacious, artfully set up. the kitchen is sufficiently big and has all the utensils needed in case you're planning to cook. that are multiple 7-11 within 10 minutes of the place - about 300 mtrs. It's quiet and peaceful. We also really enjoyed sitting in the large balcony with a beautiful view of the blue pool and greenery. the walk to the beach is about 10 minutes inside the property towards the Sheraton resort. the beach itself is fantastic with a long stretch available for walks. really enjoyed walking the entire stretch which is probably about a couple of kilometers long. on low tide mornings there's a beautiful sand bank that gets formed. This property is located somewhere in the midpoint between Huahin town and Chaam. if you're looking for hustle and bustle you won't find it. giving we werw vegetarians we couldn't find a lot of options to order food in. how we had stocked up on groceries and been able to cook ourselves. there's a kickass cafe and bistro nearby called Love Bread which we really loved - so much so that we went there almost every day. fantastic selection of baked treats,bread and coffee Wasana was a great host very communicative and responsive and arranged for the house to be cleaned and extra time during the stay. I would happily recommend this place - you will have a great time :).

Our stay was great. She prepared everything for us. You can also cook inside, she have kitchen utensils and appliances to use. She made it easy for us to stay by replying to our problems which is we arrived early than our checked inn time. We did not have any problem staying at her place.
