Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Pham Ngu Lao

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Great spot, multiple month long stays there! Several local restaurants nearby with great food. Pretty close to a couple convenient stores and a bank for their ATM. Local coffee shops are all over. Can’t beat the location.

This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

Very helpful host and the location was great. Any problems we encountered Vi very promptly helped us, would recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Thx for this great appartment at Landmark. Great location and support for the owner. Everything working well beside some complications at the beginning with finger print and access to the pool. But we worked it out. I’ll be back again, cheers Henryk

Well organized self check in, clean and quiet

Location: great, very close to many attractions or just a 10-15 min drive away Communication: always on top of it and very quick responses Amenities: washer/dryer was a plus (there was also detergent), full kitchen, nice pool Areas to improve: providing more towels (although u can do your laundry but it’d be nice to have more), more toilet paper in the bathroom

Very nice place, clean and big

The house located on the 4th floor. The building was well situated among many local shops, which is perfect for a shopper like me. There’s a building curfew, but I didn’t mind that at all. Despite the fact that the mezzanine was quite low, it was manageable for petite girlie like me. The house was cozy, and I would definitely come again. On a side note, the unit is inside rather an old building, so there’s some mold on the wall (which is acceptable for me as everything else makes up for that).

This listing has the perfect location and the host has been very helpful recommending places to visit. There are few things to note, to reach the place you have to walk up the stairs and the place is not pristine clean but it has its charm, spacious, homey, and well decorated. The place is also not soundproof and has plenty of natural light coming in. If you are particular about cleanliness and a light sleeper, maybe consider this. I consider myself one, but really, I could not complain. Clean after yourself, bring earplugs and eyeshade, and you have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us explore Ho Chi Minh.

Absolutely perfect stay! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit all six of us. It’s for a city surroundings made it incredibly convenient — just what we needed.

We had a lovely stay at this cute airbnb, great location and check in, finding it was much easier than other reviews have said. The host is so communicative and helpful and she let us do our washing, we passed her every now and then since I believe she lives just down the corridor. Great if you want to feel more immersed in the culture since it is an apartment building. Would stay here again thank you for such a lovely stay
