We highly recommend this place! The location is fantastic — all the local landmarks are within walking distance, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. There are also convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. My kids especially loved the bathtub — it was a great way for them to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. We had a great stay here for 5 nights. It’s not very centrally located in HCMC but it’s only a short grab ride away from the centre so it was still convenient to travel around. The place was amazing with top-notch facilities and a very reasonable price! The host communicated very clearly which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Linh was very helpful when we needed even when we asked where to go to eat etc. I would highly recommend this airbnb and the location is great

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

this place was wonderful, one of the best places I've stayed at and I've done a ton of travel! it's 5 star easy but at a fraction of the price. the staff were wonderful check in eas easy and communication was fantastic, I would rather this place 6 out of 5 stars if I had the option! if you book you won't be disappointed at all

Annie's place is cleaned and in a very convenient apartment complex. It's also walkable to D1 and the city center while remaining on the quieter side of the river. I recommend staying here!

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

this place is more than just an airbnb..it's home. the capacity is quite big that can fit 5 people. even though there's only 3 of us. everything is clean and clear. he has the manual book for us to figure things out. if not you can contact him. the place is amazing. i love it!!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay.
