The house is located at a very strategic location, walking distance to everywhere. Room is clean and neat. Will come back again.

Although it was a bit loud due to the area the airbnb was located in, it was still a very nice and roomy airbnb. For the most part everything was clean, I just think the floor in the living room needed some vacuuming! There were a lot of helpful amenities like a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. The host was also very responsive and helpful when the bathroom sink handle didn’t work and fixed it right away. Overall a very nice stay!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Phuong. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien situé et offre une vue vraiment très jolie. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec des fourmis mais Phuong a été très réactive et a réglé le problème dans la journée ! Je ne peux que recommander ce logement.

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

We‘ve loved staying here. It does look exactly like in the pictures and communication was super fast! Things got fixed super fast, everyone was soooo flexible! Enjoyed it a lot and thanks so much for hosting us!

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Im Gebäude gibt es tolle Cafés, und die Kommunikation war stets schnell und freundlich. Kleine Hinweise: Zwei der vier Lampen funktionierten leider nicht, und das Sofa könnte eine Reinigung vertragen. Auch schade: Obwohl Hilfe beim Koffertragen zugesagt war (das Gebäude hat keinen Aufzug. Wohnung ist im 3. Geschoss) und ich meine Ankunft abgestimmt hatte, war letztlich niemand da.

We loved our stay in Apartment 14B! It's well furnished and decorated in a way that makes it feel cosy and homely. It had all of the essentials we needed. We stayed for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The balcony was our favourite part, the perfect place to sit with a drink and watch the busy streets. The location was incredible for exploring District 1 and beyond, and the new Ben Thanh metro station is only a minute away! The apartment is in an old local building, so it’s good to be aware of that. It is a wet bathroom and the traffic noise can be quite loud, but Tram thought of everything we might need, from ear plugs to a mop for keeping the bathroom dry. It didn't bother us because of how great everything else was. Tram’s service was what stood out the most to us, she was thoughtful, kind and helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do (and eat). I really can’t stress enough what an amazing host she was ❤️ we hope we can come back one day!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

이곳은 호치민에 여행올 때 이용했던 여러 숙소들 중 손에 꼽힐만큼 좋았습니다. 건물이 지어진지 오래되지 않은 것 때문인지 몰라도 정말 쾌적하고 시설도 너무 좋습니다. 숙소는 매우 넓고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 특히 뜨거운 물도 너무 잘 나와서 저녁마디 뜨거운 물에 샤워하며 피로를 녹일 수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 침대는 혼자 눕기에 너무너무 커서 잘때 굉장히 편했구요. 다음에 호치민에 오게 되면 또 예약하고 싶습니다. 정말 편안하게 잘 이용하다 갑니다. 수건 교체를 포함한 청소는 1일당 추가 비용이 들어가는 부분이 있는데 예약하시려는 분들은 참고하세요~!

Firstly, I felt very at home here. The property was super comfortable, had a great sleep and the temperature was perfect for it being so hot outside. Secondly, the host was so so great. She communicated quickly, efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about her not getting back to me unlike some other hosts I dealt with on my other trips. Thirdly, location is awesome. Very central! Only tip is that if you call a grab, I recommend walking to the street right under cause it’s a bit easier since it can get crowded w cars on the main st of the property. That’s all! Overall loved the property and the host was great. Def book it if you can

Good location and very close to sight seeing places! good communication from the host and enjoyed some Vietnamese coffee in the reception :)

Stay was quiet and comfortable, The place has a nice spacious layout for 1-2 people and the patio is a nice touch if you smoke or want to relax outside. The only issue i had was the toilet has trouble flushing occasionally but besides that everything was good!

房東回覆相當即時，房源相當安靜且有夜景，附近有711跟全家，離機場25分鐘車程，旁邊有傳統市場早上可以採買水果之類的，離市區濱城市場或是范五老街那些熱鬧的地方都十分鐘車程以內。環境乾淨，稍嫌可惜是蓮蓬頭水壓偏小，但還能接受，若更換蓮蓬頭就完美了。

What a way to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. This apartment was so amazing with a gym that was excellent and great outlook and a rooftop pool as well as a private plunge pool at our apartment. The staff were amazing and the private lift to the apartment and security at all times was a bonus. The aircon kept us cool at all times and the laundry washer and dryer were so fabulous. Simply an amazing apartment, light and bright, great staff and excellent host.

Great stay! The place was located a bit out of the centre of Ho Chi Minh which we enjoyed. A grab to the centre cost only $2 so that was not an issue. The hosts were very attentive and responsive and were free to help with anything we needed. The room had air conditioning and lovely large windows to look out to the city. We would stay again 👍

Amazing apartment in a centrally located, but quiet location. Check-in was easy and Chuyên left plenty of amenities in the apartment. Highly recommend!

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.
