Excellent welcome from our hosts who offered us an aperitif at checkout. The cottage is modern and very functional with a pleasure garden and a swimming pool that we used every day. Do it again!

We stayed with Claude for 16 days in June. We immediately felt at home. Landlords were very reserved but immediately on the spot when help was needed. - TOP - It was very clean, also our wish to be able to use both bedrooms was no problem. Claude and his wife are very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very, very quiet and in 30 minutes on foot the old town and in 15 minutes on foot the baker could be reached. The car could be parked immediately in front of the entrance - very pleasant when loading and unloading. The area within a 100 km radius offers sooooooo much that you can hardly explore everything in time. The small pool is ideal for cooling off after excursions in the heat.

We had a fantastic holiday, the accommodation and location was perfect. When we pulled up to the accommodation the wow factor was everything we wanted. Myriam was a great host and provided a great information pack on the area.

We loved the apartment. It was impeccable and very new. We have been very relaxed and close to everything. The private terrace is wonderful. Gildas has been very kind and communication has been very simple.

Sandrine is a very helpful host, quick to reply to any queries. The property is well located and made us feel very comfortable. Being June the pool was heated and in a very clean condition and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. If we had mobility issues the stairs may have been a problem but that shouldn’t put you off this amazing property and host.

A welcoming host and great accommodation! You won't have time to get bored between the various activities available in the accommodation itself, the river right next to the house and Carcassonne 20 minutes' drive away. The calm of the village allows a total escape, thus enjoying the summer sun in this beautiful garden! Thanks!

We had a fantastic trip, Marie-Cecile & Leonce are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is well perfectly situated between the castle and the centre of town with a beautiful garden and close to the river. Couldn't recommend this more.

We spent a very good week at Laurence's. A home with all the necessary amenities, in a pretty corner of tranquility, well located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire for very beautiful discoveries.

We are a party of six adults. The house proved to be exactly as advertised. It is a fantastic property in a fabulous location. The owner Sixtine has been a pleasure to deal with. All communication was clear and any questions were responded to quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

We spent one night at Mathieu's house, perfect for our brief stay. It is ideal for getting to know this wonderful town. Located on a very quiet and central street. The house is as shown, small and very clean. Thank you Mathieu!

Pauline and her family were so very welcoming. They were available and responsive but mindful of our privacy too. The location of the gite on the estate is just spectacular and the gite itself is clean with all the facilities you need for, in our case, a two week break. The added bonus was being amongst the vineyard and the four donkeys around the back of the gite. Wine and Donkeys win every time. Pauline was great at giving suggestions of places worth a visit and due to that we ate at a fabulous restaurant by the pink salt fields at Gruissan. However with sun loungers, garden furniture and a BBQ an afternoon on the estate was lovely and relaxing too. Our last night was spent wine tasting in the estate cave and learning about the Pas de la Dame wines. If you want peace and quiet but with lots not far from your doorstep this is the place to stay!

We had a great stay. Easy instructions to get in and very helpful to have access to the secure parking garage nearby (3 min walk). Really clean in the apartment as well and quiet since it's off the street.

LaRouyère is so idyllic it almost felt like a movie set — minus the boom mics and drama. The garden and pool were our private retreat; we dedicated two afternoons to pure laziness: sun, breeze, and zero responsibilities. The home is beautifully renovated (it includes a former wine cave!) and feels like the kind of place you'd happily get stranded. I cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, we slept like the dead in the blissfully quiet bedroom, and the bathroom surprised us both — showers are usually utilitarian for me, but this one was hard to leave, and my husband was equally smitten with the tub. Stuart shared great tips, including the St. Chinian market, where I found heirloom tomatoes and carrots I’m still thinking about. Both hosts were generous, friendly, and struck that great balance of available-but-not-hovering. We left feeling rejuvenated — and already looking forward to a return.

A great discovery! The unit is very well equipped and has a lot of charm with a very large living room. The owners are very responsive and remain discreet. Great place to unwind. Thanks to them for letting us enjoy their surroundings.

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Perfect moment; Laetitia is available and very welcoming; the accommodation is nice and very quiet. In short, a beautiful place to settle in and visit the surroundings. The city is 8 minutes away.

We had a nice and relaxing stay in the Gite. Emilie was a wonderful hostess. Welcoming, attentive in a nice way and provided good service! The Gite was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the terrace, the adjacent park and the ping pong table. The pool opened the second week of our stay. We were able to take a refreshing dip. The area is easy to explore from this place. There are plenty of attractions and activities. We would like to stick to it for another week!

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable, with lots of games and puzzles. Our kids were delighted! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We really enjoyed discovering Bram and the surrounding area. We'd happily return! Audrey was always responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok.

A very beautiful loft and consistent with the photos and description. The renovation is superb, comfortable bedding, efficient air conditioning, impeccable bathrooms and kitchen. A real family moment with barbecue, swimming pool, foosball, games... Discreet and responsive hosts.

Great & gorgeous location, where one can sleep like a rock, relax and visit wonderful places in the Aude region. The property is well equipped and the outdoor space is secluded and pleasant to sit in + enjoy a fresh dip in the pool. We loved it!!
