Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Atmosphäre! Wir haben die Ruhe geliebt und hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben! Die Gegend ist sehr gepflegt, sicher und alles ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Magnifique logement, dans un lieu paisible et agréable. Mélanie et Jean-Emmanuel ont été adorables et accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Endroit parfait pour qui souhaite profiter de la qualité de vie méridionale! La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée. Literie excellente! Les extérieurs permettent de profiter pleinement des longues soirées! Merci à Romain et Dimitri pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse !

Die Unterkunft von Joyceline ist auf einem riesigen Grundstück oberhalb von Lodève gelegen, mit vielen Bäumen und Wiese. Ein traumhaft freier Blick auf die umliegenden Berge hat uns jeden Tag aufs neue begeistert. Ein schöner Pool liegt am Haus der Vermieterin, was aber nicht stört, da sie sich immer dezent im Hintergrund hält und wir uns nicht gestört fühlten. Ihre Ausflugstips haben wir fast alle umgesetzt, es waren tolle Ziele, alle innerhalb von 1/2 bis einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Un havre de paix! Une bâtisse sublime refaites et décoré avec goût et avec une une vue imprenable sur la campagne. Chambres bien équipée, spacieuse, silencieuse et literie du meilleur confort qu’il soit. La piscine juste en bas est incroyablement bien équipée: nombreuses assises, toilettes, cuisine très bien équipée, éclairage efficace et agréable, cafetière et même lave vaisselle! Un vrai bijou digne un magazine d’architecte! BRAVO et MERCI

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment entre copines La maison est fidèle aux photos avec quelque chose en plus quand on y est en vrai !! Un moment suspendu dans lequel tout a été prévu, des attentions très agréables dans la cuisine, la salle de bain , pour la plage, contre les moustiques … Merci beaucoup ce lieu est très inspirant!! À bientôt

We had a wonderful stay - Bénédicte and Bernard were very welcoming hosts. The large studio is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden and pool are wonderful and a perfect place to relax. The location is great - by the River Lez, 5 mins walk to a tram stops and less than 30 mins walk to the old centre with shops and restaurants within a 10 mins walk. Communication was excellent and Benedicte was always friendly and helpful. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice quiet location, you're on the edge of the small village. you stay in what must have been the granny annexe attached ro their house, converted partly from the garage. it has everything you need with washing machine and a pool as added bonus and some nice outdoor seating areas. The hosts are just next door if you need them but I barely saw them and didn't need anything. 8 minutes drive to a really good supermarket. Great value stay.

This is a great flat, very clean and the hosts were exceptionally responsive. The kitchen was so well stocked - had even more things than my kitchen at home!! Would highly recommend.

Le logement de Stephanie est extrêmement bien situé, avec une vue extraordinaire sur Sète, parfaitement calme, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé . Tout y est , que ce soit pour la salle de bains ou la cuisine, y compris un fond de cuisine important et appréciable. En outre, Stéphanie est très accueillante, à la disposition de ses locataires pour quelque renseignement que ce soit. Autre point tout à fait appréciable : on peut tout faire à pied (ou à vélo) de chez elle. Donc à proximité de la ville, avec une terrasse et un petit jardin à disposition ! Merci Stéphanie pour cet excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Isabella’s apartment was exactly what we wanted for 8 nights in Sete. Perfect location in the centre of the town with a wonderful view of the canal from the third floor balcony (the lift was very welcome!), excellent air conditioning and just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars anyone could wish for. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a couple wanting a central location in this wonderful, wonderful town.

A superb place to stay! Easy check-in process. The space was clean and modern. Very quiet, too. Great balcony facing the sea-morning coffee was great! Very easy walk across the street to the beach. Super close to tons of very good restaurants. Found a wine festival at Levant Park the last night we were there. Perfect ending to a very relaxing stay at Arezki's place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Adèle et Guy se sont montrés réactifs, très aimables et toujours souriants. L’appartement impeccable, très très très bien équipé, paisible. La piscine est un réel plus. Nous étions comme à la maison. Merci infiniment à Adèle et Guy, c’était les premières vacances de notre petit garçon de 8 mois et elles resteront gravées dans nos mémoires

Julien's space was as advertised. The highlight was the balcony; when we weren't exploring the city or sleeping, we were on the balcony with breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening. The kitchen was serviceable, I wouldn't cook a meal in there as there aren't any spices but with the wonderful restaurants around there was no need to cook. The air conditioning was great but the bedroom could use a fan as the cool from the AC didn't travel. I have only two complaints: first, there weren't any instructions for the washing machine (we eventually bought our own laundry detergent and found a drying screen on the balcony as the dryer didn't seem to work). Second, it took them at least 8 hours to respond which if there had been a real issue we've would've been SOL. Thankfully there weren't any issues so it didn't affect our stay. I would have no qualms about staying here again or referring people to stay at Julien and Yohan's!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben einfach perfekt! Der Pool ist sauber und es hat total Spaß gemacht vor allem bei dem heißen Wetter! Danke für die Unterkunft und den freundlichen Umgang.

Le logement est tout simplement magnifique, parfaitement situé, d'une propreté irréprochable : rien à redire ! Flora est adorable et très réactive, et Chantal qui nous a accueillis sur place a été d'une grande gentillesse, souriante et chaleureuse. Un grand merci à toutes les deux pour ce séjour parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Super séjour très agréable. Bel appartement vraiment confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons adoré la vue mer et la vue sur les étangs de l'autre côté. La résidence est calme et située idéalement pour aller dans le centre à pieds ou rejoindre les étangs pour de belles ballades à vélo.

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

a nicely renovated appartment with a well functioning aircondition. The flexible arrival time was great. The location is in a good walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the stay very much.
