Apartment in Varaždin, equipped for a pleasant and relaxing stay. TV, WiFi, air conditioning... The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a quality sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen (coffee maker,stove top, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher) with dining table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and hairdryer. Apartment is located in a residential building, on the second floor. About 15 min walk to the center of Varazdin.

Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating, AC unit and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment in a fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to a quiet home that offers great views and privacy. Enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna, perfect for lounging. The house includes terraces with a view where you can relax in peace. We also offer EV charging. Every item is designed to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. For these extras (jakuzzi, sauna, car charging) we charge a supplement of €10 per use, allowing to maintain high quality and cleanliness of services.
