A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Situated in a small residential community, this ground floor studio apartment enjoys a picturesque garden setting. Showcasing a smart use of space and generous interiors, this inner city bolt hole is situated down the road from Victoria Park and just one block back from the Kelvin Grove Urban Village with a plethora of cafes, shops and transport options. The studio is located beneath our house, while we do our best to keep noise to a minimum footsteps and other sounds can be heard from above.

My beautiful, modern studio apartment is on the bottom floor of my home and it is only 5 minutes walk from the bustling Kelvin Grove Urban Village, QUT campus and QLD Ballet Academy. Suncorp Stadium and Ballymore Stadiums are only a 20 minute stroll and the GABBA is 15 minutes by car. We are a 10 minute Uber or bus ride into the the city and Southbank Cultural Precinct and only 20 minutes from the Brisbane Airport. The Kelvin Grove market bursts into life every Saturday morning 6am-1pm.

My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette and a queen bed. It is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Please note - There is a new building going up, whilst we are excited about this building and what it brings, there is noise between 7am and 5pm. Prices for Jun - Aug have been reduced to reflect this.

Highly recommend this wonderful apartment for your stay in Brisbane CBD. Everything feels tasteful and of a high quality. The location is very central and plenty to do in walking distance. An incredible view to go to sleep to, or wake up to. Communication with Josh was excellent and he was very responsive to an early hiccup we had, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks so much!

Scot is a wonderful host. Always answering any query straight away and so helpful. The church is a great place to stay. All the comforts of home and we found it close to Southbank. We could walk. A little hilly but that is the area. Very close to Suncorp Stadium, a little noisy but you are right in the action. The Caxton hotel is very close by and has amazing food at reasonable prices. We loved our stay in Brisbane and at Scott’s (The old Church). Might need some new, fluffy pillows in the upstairs rooms but apart from that, perfect place to stay to be close to the city and for a group of 6 friends, like us. We would recommend Scott’s friendly and helpful nature and The Old Church highly and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend Scott.

The apartment was as described, just like the photos. Location was perfect for visiting St Andrew’s Hospital which was our main reason for choosing this apartment. Juanita was easy to deal with and very responsive to messages.
