Όλα ήταν άψογα! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και άνετος σε κεντρική τοποθεσία!

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Excellent place and service. I love the area - close to metro and cafes . The place is well equipped and Fotini was flexible on check in and check out time. Extremely good value for money

Appartement rénové et en excellent état qui correspond parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions pour passer une nuit, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Stationnement facile devant le logement et plusieurs cafés à trois minutes à pied. Kostas a été un hôte fantastique qui nous accueilli très tard le soir malgré le retard de notre vol. Il a toujours été joignable et a veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup à lui.

Theodora has a very homey and lovely place, with a central location. It was convenient to go everywhere from the home, and she very kindly welcomed us with fresh fruits which were much needed on a hot day.

Tiny and cozy is as stated in description. Clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. Ideal for us, just a short walk into Glyfada (5mins)loads of places to eat, easy stroll to the beach and marina. Easy access to buses,trams and metro. Aircon was a blessing. Would certainly stay here again

We had a great stay at Aris’s place in Athens! Checkin was super easy and smooth. Loved the keyless entry! Aris was a great host. AC & WiFi worked great. Kitchen was stocked with way more than we needed but was appreciated. Only odd thing is the couch being in the one bedroom, but we knew that going in and it didn’t bother us as we weren’t in the apartment much! Perfect size and the location was fantastic. Great stay overall!

Our group of 5 chose this place primarily for the location & it did not disappoint! We walked everywhere - the Acropolis, Plaka, Hadrian’s Arch, just to name a few. I read a lot of reviews that said the street noise was an issue for some, but it was not for us because we were walking 20k+ steps a day & got back to the apt to crash. It was a very clean & spacious apartment for 5 people. Host was very responsive & gave local recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place for a trip to Athens - especially for first timers looking to hit up all the Athens tourists spots.

Alles was die Wohnung und den Kontakt mit Jenny, der Managerin, betraf war perfekt. Die Wohnung war neu, wir waren eine der ersten Gäste und daher war nichts abgenutzt oder verbraucht. Mir war der Topper des Betts etwas zu hart und ich habe gleich am folgenden Tag einen zusätzlichen Topper bekommen. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Reinigungskraft und hat die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Damit habe ich im Vorfeld nicht gerechnet. Das war sehr angenehm. Die Dachterasse war überwältigend gross, man kann das Meer sehen und der Whirlpool war perfekt für uns und unsere 2.5 jährige Tochter. Auch der nahe gelegene grosse Spielplatz war für uns sehr angenehm. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es eine lange Einkaufsstrasse, mit Lidl an einem Ende und einem riesigen Supermarkt am anderen Ende. Nur 200 m entfernt ist ein sehr gutes Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros Restaurant und am unteren Ende der Einkaufsstrasse ist ein nur tagsüber geöffnetes Restaurant, das alle griechischen Klassiker verkauft.

L'appartement a été récemment très bien rénové. Tout a été fait par un bon architecte et d'excellents artisans. Mention spéciale pour les salles d'eau et toilettes. Les douches sont particulièrement agréables. Les photos montrent bien les différents endroits de l'appartement. Le meilleur est cependant la terrasse immense. Elle est en principe partagée mais pendant notre séjour (3 jours de week-end) nous n'avons vu qu'une fois d'autres personnes, et de plus elle est tellement grande qu'on peut y être nombreux sans se gêner. La vue sur l'Acropole et le Parthenon, très proches, sont exceptionnelles. Un lieu où l'on prend petit déjeuner et aperitif du soir sans se lasser. Un endroit au top pour séjourner et visiter Athènes.

It is a unique and very charismatic home, spacious, has a great garden, great bed, great heating when needed. The area has a lot of stores of all sorts (food, pharmacies, clothes, jewelry...you name it). The bus station is very close. Communication with Timmi is great and the treats and advices provided were very appreciated. I have enjoyed the stay a lot so thank you very much.

A very cute, beautiful apartment in a great location! Lots of restaurants/bar just a stone's throw away and the host/reception were very lovely and helpful. Check-in was super smooth and also very greatful that we had more than one set of keys to the apartment! The apartment was clean and as described. It was also a perky to have the breakfast from across the road at their hotel. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone planing to stay in Athens :)
