Lithia Villas - Folegandros - Villa Levanda & pool

Welcome to Lithia on the stunningly beautiful island of Folegandros . At Lithia we have 3 houses, each with its own identity ; Villas Levanda, Myrtia and Elia. They have been lovingly designed and furnished to give you a feeling of comfort and a touch of luxury. There is a swimming pool for Lithia guests, it is shared between the 3 houses. Villa Levanda is the largest of the 3. It has a fully-fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. It sleeps 4 people, it has a double bed ( 6' / 180cms) in one room ( or 2 single beds if preferred) and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom (5' or 150cms) plus 2 single beds/sofas in the sitting room . There is daily cleaning. We offer free transfer to/from the Port on arrival & departure dates plus free wifi and parking. Lithia is a 15 minute walk to the main village of Chora ( 1.5 km) . We are happy to help with car /scooter/quad rental. It is a perfect base for island-hopping although most people once they arrive don't want to 'hop' anywhere else! Folegandros is the hidden gem in the Cyclades, a small island nestled between Santorini, Milos, Paros, Sifnos. The Chora ( the main village) is known as one of the prettiest in the Cyclades. It has not been spoiled in any way by tourism, you can still see the local farmers ride around on donkeys and plough the fields with mules or oxen. It is an ideal island for hill- walking as it has many paths over steep hills to small hidden beaches and the most wonderful clear blue sea. Beachside tavernas where you can watch the fisherman bringing in their catch and the sun set over the Aegean. The restaurants serve traditional fresh Greek food in pretty surroundings. The other 2 houses are called Villa Elia and Villa Myrtia. It is also possible to book all 3 if you are a large group, the total no of clients can be 12. The accommodation was amazing. George came to pick us up from the bus station. He told us a lot about the island. Next to the accommodation is his family’s bakery, with a lot of nice things to choose from. The walk to town is about 5 minutes and the bus station is about 2 minutes away. I would really recommend!

Perfect place for my friend and I to stay on our first trip to Folegandros. Walkable to Chora, a great view of the famous Church of Panagia is just outside the window. Loved the easy parking too. Bed was comfortable and the shower worked great. Super solid spot, if you’re 2 or more people, not sure there’s a better spot to stay in.

A very nice small hotel in a great location on the most beautiful sandy beach of the island (and 2 within 10 min walking distance). Nice host, good breakfast smoothies and great beds! We felt home. Newly renovated studio. Nearby some good alternative taverns. 10 min drive from Chora. I highly recommend this! Also for a couple with young children sharing the studio.

Staying here was an incredible once in a lifetime experience. Agios georgios is a spectacular little cove with beautiful emerald rock and crystal clear water. We loved waking up and having the entire cove to ourselves. The off grid elements of the residence have their quirks, boiling the kettle would sometimes turn the power off for a minute or so. But for us, the feeling of solitude was so worth it. The space is small but beautifully designed, and we spent most of our days outside anyway. The kitchenette is enough to cook a very small meal, but we mostly went out to eat. Also the Starlink internet connection was very good. We hired a 4wd, the road in needed it. Which also meant we could drive in to town to dine, our favourite place to eat ‘Under the Palm Tree’ was only 12 min drive.

Paul and his family were always very kind with us, quick responses and really helpfull whenever we needed anything. We really recommend to stay here, one of the best places we’ve ever been. This was our first airbnb experience and it FAR exceeded our expectations. Alexandra and Agada Suites were both exceptional. The property is gorgeous. Our suite (#4) was perfectly designed, well appointed and completely unpretentious. The views...INSANE. I woke up for sunrise a few times and couldn't believe my eyes. The pool is great too and helped to create a relaxing vibe. The property is well designed with tons of privacy. We were there for several days and were lucky to have considerate neighbors so we barely heard a peep from anyone (and we didn't see anyone). Coming from NYC, this was a huge plus. The neighborhood was perfect for us. About a 10 minute drive from Chora (city center) and equally close to great beaches. There are several casual restaurants and a market within walking distance (we found Chrisospilia to be the best). Chora is beyond charming and bustling with nightlife and great restaurants. We found Eva's Garden the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
