Fully renovated chalet with 2 very large bedrooms and an open-concept common area. Incredible view of Caribou Bay. Exceptional nearby beach with the possibility of fishing for bass directly from the property at high tide. Available by phone all day, lives nearby. Chiasson-Office Beach, Miscou Lighthouse, and the Marine Aquarium Centre in the Acadian Peninsula are very attractive with their numerous beaches, restaurants, and places to relax :). Nice studio-style apartment in Shippagan

Nice studio-style apartment completely renovated located in a basement, with private entrance and parking. The entrance to access it is located on the opposite side of the part used by the owners. The bedroom contains a king bed and a small living room. Features a full kitchen and office area. Located 2 minutes from downtown and all services. It should be noted that the accommodation is located inside my house (separated by a locked door) and that we live upstairs.

Beautiful peaceful place overlooking the sea. Panoramic view of part of the Gaspésie and Miscou Island. A nice wooden deck gives you direct access to the beach for swimming, walking or fishing for striped bass. A fire area with chair is set up to enjoy the evening while admiring the stars. The rate is based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. Additional fee of $20 per night per adult for an occupancy of 4 adults.

Rustic cottage near the sea. At the back of the Chalet, you have a path (2-minute walk) that will take you to a nice sitting area facing the sea. In this rest area, you have a place to make a campfire and you also have a gazebo to relax. We had a great time even though the weather didn’t always cooperate every day. The cottage was clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen. The standing air conditioning work good, also have a wall heater and a wall electric fireplace. A good size TV and the wifi is very fast. It had lots of towels and bed blankets. Lisa is a very responsive Host. I would recommend Lisa cottage anytime.

We initially booked for 3 nights and loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay! Great location near a beautiful beach, screened in gazebo is perfect to enjoy an evening dinner, play card games or simply to sit and enjoy! The studio has everything you could possibly need and although next to the owners home, it is very private and quiet. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!
