Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Make a bonfire, get cozy, enjoy the silence of southern Denmark and watch the stars before falling asleep. You have access to running water, electricity and a compost toilet. On the property, with a stream and about 1 hectare of land, there are opportunities to barbecue, make a campfire, or simply unwind. Free Internet is available through a fiber optic cable. If you want to travel with small children, a children's travel bed is available.

The three-story beach house has more than deserved its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. An unique location in the Baltic Sea town of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

The house contains just what you need for a cozy and relaxing holiday. Everything is ready, beds made with freshly laundered fresh linens, clean towels. Various games and books are available on loan in the living room and under the sofa's chaise longue, which is lifted at the end of the “mattress”.
