Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Petaling District

I was using the place for my wedding, place is good and spacious for me to host about 70 guests in morning tea ceremony. Thanks for renting the space and giving me a beautiful memories.

This is my second time booking this homestay – the house is super spacious and very clean. We had a birthday event this time, and everything was provided – tables, chairs, all complete. Really recommended! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. Such a beautiful home… I love it!

The Luxury Cozy Home was a wonderful place for our group. It comfortably accommodated six adults and three children during our short stay before returning to the States. The amenities provided were excellent, and the home’s convenient location near the mall and dining options added to our enjoyable experience. While the surrounding homes gave us a slight feeling of unease, the presence of security cameras provided reassurance regarding our safety. Overall, this is a lovely home that is well-suited for families looking to relax in the heart of a bustling city like Subang. We appreciate the effort put into making our stay comfortable and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable and just nice for my family. The kitchen had all the basic items I needed, which made things a lot easier, especially since I was travelling with my 10mo baby. There were enough power points around the house, which is convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. p/s I accidentally left behind my favourite thermos and its carry bag - totally my fault! Overall, our family had a lovely stay and a good rest while attending a wedding nearby. Recommended.

Owner friendly and nicely

Tenang jiwo villa surpassed our expectations in every way. Cleanliness was top notch and the villa was tastefully decorated, the perfect place to stay in and rest. The saltwater pool was also something we truly appreciated - kids spent endless hours in it! We felt it was even better than staying in hotels 🥹 More importantly, hosts were always there to help and guide us every step of the way. Would love to return! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Robin and Nicholas’ place at Senada. The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with modern appliances that made our stay especially comfortable. We loved the peaceful view overlooking the golf course and the convenient location near Pavilion Damansara Heights, with easy access to the rest of the city. Robin and Nicholas were responsive and gracious hosts, which made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. We’d gladly stay here again!

I had a wonderful two-day stay at this condominium unit. The place was spotless — the floors were clean and shiny, giving the space a fresh and welcoming feel. The pantry was tidy, well-arranged, and stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to settle in. All daily necessities were thoughtfully provided — toilet rolls, tissue papers, clean towels, toiletries, utensils, washing detergent, and even a hair dryer. It felt very much like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful night view from the unit. Whether enjoying a quiet evening indoors or stepping out onto the balcony, the city lights created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place with a lovely view. I’d definitely stay here again!

The place is perfect for a single person or a couple. There’s a lot to do, A great swimming pool, gym, badminton, and some great views from the 66th Floor. I’d highly recommend the place and a helpful host Jerry, Who is always willing to help and ensure the guests are comfortable. Some restaurants, Marts and coffee shops are right outside and on walking distance. It is worth it!

Max and Catherine were incredibly responsive and accommodating—from the basic essentials to helping out when small things came up, everything was handled superbly. 👍😊 The location is perfect—very easy access to public transport (the MRT is just a short walk away 🚆), and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby 🛍️🍜. It made getting around and enjoying the area so convenient! Most importantly, Max and Catherine are genuinely kind and thoughtful people 💕. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, even though we were far from it. Ng’s place is clean and well kept, all the amenities are working properly and what I love the most is the view. You could see Sunway Pyramid which is across the main road from the place. At night it looks lovely with nice lights.

We had fantastic stay in Chua’s place. The apartment is very safe and beautiful. There is guard walking around the building.The apartment is very nice and have everything you ever needed. We could dry our cloth in the balcony which is luxury for us who living in the Nordic country. The cloth has smell of sun. Also there is the water filter machine. You can drink directly hot water or cold. Save the hassle of buying bottle water! There are three toilet and showrooms in the apartment. The master bed room shower does has the door to separated the dry and wet area. The most amazing things is the apartment has great facilities. We could play tennis, football and the park for small children. The neighbours are very friendly. And the swimming pool is absolutely the longest I have every seen. And there is warm shower right besides the pool. Chua is amazing host, we got lots of tips and respond very fast. We loved this airbnb,it was absolutely our dream holidays. Would love to stay again♥️

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

Isaac keeps his apartment well equipped, spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and hope the place is available on my next visit. Isaac was responsive whenever I called him, even late evening or early in the morning.

We had a delightful and very comfortable one-night stay at this property. The check-in process was clearly instructed and easy to follow, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The house was in tip-top condition—absolutely spotless and very well maintained. All the beds were super comfy, and the toilets were impeccably clean. The living space was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a water dispenser, which added convenience to our stay. A couple of minor downsides: the shower area in the bathrooms is a wee bit tight, especially for L/XL-sized individuals. Additionally, the washer is a top-load unit without a dryer function, and there was limited space and no drying racks, which made doing laundry a bit of a challenge. Despite these small points, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort.

We stayed at Alia's place for about 3 months and absolutely loved it. Great location, great place, 24/7 security, wonderful pools, easy access to the local mall. Alia as a hostess is fantastic, always helpful and always responsive. We would love to come back and book with Alia again. 5 stars all aroud!

Justin is a great host that responded to messages promptly and is very helpful. He made sure that I had no problem checking in and made sure that we are comfortable.

Ruben was an amazing host. extremely responsive and immediately acted on anything we raised. knowledgeable about the property and everything in it. I really cannot fault him as a host. Lumi is great, integrated living at it's finest. the apparetment is modern and has almost everything you need for a comfortable long term stay.

Nice apartment, my second time staying at this condo but first time in this unit. Everything was as in the photos and description and I would stay here again. Had an aircon issue but it was fixed straight away. Takes a while before messages are read - it does say communication can take up to five hours for a reply - in an emergency this would be a long time. Suggestions - a small pair of kitchen scissors, some garbage bags for the bin and a kettle upgrade as the button doesn’t work properly. Thank you again
