Family-friendly holiday rentals in Petaling District

Dania is a great host, she give clear instruction upon our check in/out time, she give lots of compliments inside the unit (so thoughtful) and make sure everything alright. And we truly love her unit. It was spacious, beautiful kitchen set up and living room, big windows, little balcony, comfy bed, and a good hot shower! The location is also close to most of the main attractions at the city center. We walked down several times from the unit to Pavilion and Alor street, and it was easy to order Grab car too. We couldnt recommend more and absolutely will come back again next year!

Isaac keeps his apartment well equipped, spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and hope the place is available on my next visit. Isaac was responsive whenever I called him, even late evening or early in the morning.

Attentive service, beautiful and clean room

This is the place to stay if you want to be close to the action in Bukit Bintang. This space is really spacious and the kitchen is big enough for small easy cooking. The building itself is quite busy with locals and tourists. There's a few restaurants and shops around the corner and across the screen you can find the infamous food street. If you want a comfortable stay in KL I'd recommend this place!

Good, spacious, neat and clean apartment.

JP was great. This was our 2nd stay in one of his units. He was super responsive, extremely flexible, and helpful! His team was great too!

The host couple was incredibly hospitable and friendly. He ensured my family of 8 were comfortable with everything we needed. They were also very accomodating when we requested for early check-out at 8am. The amenities: pool and gym are plus points! The location is very convenient as its within short driving distance to the local supermarkets, mall and places of interests (i.e go-karting and sunday flea market). Overall, a perfect getaway from busy towns and crowds. No regrets extending an extra night stay. Very very nice people :)

Shirley & Reuben are excellent hosts who quickly resolve any issues you have. Their apartment is clean and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Always a pleasure to stay there!

the location is huge, but too clutter for toddler and elder.. alot of small staircase that might seem dangerous even for adult. some of the location need to be cleaned. im happy for the booking because of some shooting, but overall this place must have some maintenance

An escape from the bustling city life. Surrounded by nature and peaceful. Huge place, it was able to accommodate my group of 17 comfortably. The caretaker and his son were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us in anything we needed. It has the amenities to keep you occupied and entertained during your stay. Kitchen was well equipped and BBQ tools were readily available. A fantastic and enjoyable stay overall.

Very helpful hosts although it was late at 11pm/12mn. We were not sure of how to use the tv, and the next day someone came over to help us. Very nice space - spacious and clean. Though the kitchen chairs were a little old and the bed is average (not really hotel standard like mentioned in the listing). Aircon took awhile to cool down the room. Overall will still consider this place again when i come over with big family. Security was at the entrance around the estate which makes me feel at ease somehow too. About 7-10mins walk to big shopping mall (1utama) too.

Ms Chan definitely deserves the title of SuperHost. Ms Chan is very responsive, informative and helpful, and it's obvious she puts a lot of care and consideration into the quality of the stay for her guests. The apartment is spotlessly clean - which for me, is the top priority to make a place feel comfortable. Added bonus of this apartment is its location - it's at the back of the complex, so away from the traffic noise of a major road; and there's a plethora of neighbouring shops (food, beverages, supermarkets, retail). In a nutshell, SuperHost, Super Convenient, Super Comfortable.

The house was spectacular. We came as a family of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed are stay thanks to Malcolm. Very responsive and when we come back we will definitely see if we can book here again!

I stayed here for a little more than a month and absolutely loved it. The photos don’t do it justice — the place is much bigger, more spacious, and airy in real life. It felt cosy and homey, with thoughtful touches like books, trinkets, and a rug that made it really comfortable. Being on the 25th floor, the apartment has an incredible view of the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped — there’s even an oven and a blender, which is a rare find. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just steps away from some of the coolest breakfast and coffee spots in all of KL. It’s also a short distance from Bukit Bintang — close enough to easily reach the action, but tucked away enough to stay quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is safe and well-maintained, with a pool and a decent gym as well. Finally Florence was a great host, always responsive and happy to help. Highly recommend staying here!

highly recommend! conveniently staying here, the room looks 100% like the pics and description. This place is very near to the mall (sunway geo) and BRT station, also I can walk to Taylor’s uni via skywalk easily. If i ever have a chance to visit subang jaya again, I’ll definitely choose this place for living! Thank u for making my first-time ever booking on airbnb be this good.
