Апартамента се намира в сграда ново строителство на 4ти жилищен етаж с асансьор.Състоящ се от просторен хол с кухненски бокс,спалня,коридор,баня+WC и балкон с изглед към парк Аязмото. Стаите са самостоятелни, без преходи.Жилището е подходящо за семейства с деца,както и бизнес посещения. Безпроблемно и безплатно паркиране в района на сградата.

Our host was super responsive and helpful. Check-in was very easy. The apartment was clean and had everything needed. Deffinitely would book again if we're visiting the city in the future. The price to place ratio was well deserved. Would recommend with both hands for anyone thinking of booking!!

I had an awesome experience at the Airbnb. New building, great choice of books and furniture placement in the Airbnb. The place was so nice and clean! Petya was so friendly and helpful! Inside the Airbnb we were provided with coffee and other things! The place felt like home and would definitely recommend it to others! I would even come again for future stays!

Very nice new, very clean apartment in a new building located close to city center. It had a beautiful view to the mountain from balcony and a tiny grocery's shop at the corner of the building. Furniture was also modern and comfortable, bathroom was spacious. There is an elevator in the building and AC in apartment - perfect for hot summer days. As a person who is staying a lot in AirBNB housings while traveling, I would only recommend the host to put a bit more attention to details and provide essential essentials in appartment such as washing lotion, toilette paper and maybe a bit more utensils in the kitchen - do not cost a lot but make huge difference for guests. Also some basic baby equipment on demand would be lovely.

I booked this Airbnb for 2 weeks when I arrived new in Bulgaria. Valeriya helped me with every question I had and some good tips. The check in was super smooth and the Airbnb had everything what you need in an apartment. The area is very safe and quit and next to the city. The Airbnb is a good choice if you are new here in the city.
