Guests are welcome to use the two kayaks and canoe. Fire pit located by the shore. Across the street from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and its endless trails.

This ideal location (walk to town 0.5 mile and Lake Michigan beach 0.4 mile) welcomes your family to enjoy and love all that Charlevoix has to offer! We do have minimum night stay requirements, but are willing consider accommodating shorter stays. We are able to sleep 8 guests, however with the size of our small home we recommend limiting guests to 6. A fee will be applied to reservations over 6 guests.

This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

The property is located on Round Lake, a few minutes peaceful walk through beautiful pines to the shore, the house is NOT right on the lake. Dedicated ski gear room, just off the Boyneland Run. Sleeps 14 in beds plus there are two posturepedic sleeper sofas, one on each level of the condo. We rent many properties in this village plus the condo right next door in this same building.
