This place was absolutely charming! The space was cozy, clean, and full of character — from the rustic wooden furniture to the sweet little kitchen setup. The views from the windows were incredible, with colorful flowers framing the water just steps away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: we did get a few stares from people in the area, and the police drove by a couple of times. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but it may just be routine for the neighborhood. Still, the beauty and calm of the location made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, quiet escape.

A lovely simple apartment a few steps from a beautiful beach. We didn’t have a car and it was perfect for us here as we could walk to the beaches and into the Port town in the evenings. The apartment is part of a complex which is a little run down but the apartment itself is at the back and very peaceful with a lovely garden full of jasmine. The check in was super simple and the host very helpful throughout our trip. We would love to go back here. Giglio is pure paradise!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. La posizione è perfetta: vicino al mare, ai mezzi pubblici e ai negozi. Tutto è stato comodo e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Passoscuro dans le logement d'Erika ! Le cadre est magnifique avec la plage accessible à pied et le logement etait impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix et à 30 min de Rome en voiture 👌

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Familienurlaub (4 Pers.) Ende August 2024: Wunderbare Lage, sehr ruhig und privat.Aussergewöhnlich ist das große Grundstück, wo man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schönes, schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen und genießen findet! Die Bucht unterhalb des Hauses ist sehr beliebt, man kann aber problemlos morgens und abends dorthin gehen, wenn man dem Trubel entgehen möchte. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise schon etwas älter aber funktionell in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Isabella funktionierte einwandfrei, um kleinere Probleme kümmerte sie sich umgehend. Die Anfahrt ist über eine recht schmale, gewundene Zufahrtsstraße- kein Problem bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise, allerdings dauert es natürlich etwas, bis man im nächsten Ort (Einkaufen, Essen gehen) ankommt. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 3-4 Kindern, für 2 Familien ist die Aufteilung der Betten/ Zimmer eher ungünstig. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Privatsphäre und Natur lieben! Abbiamo soggiornato in due nella dependance, un posto molto intimo e tranquillo. Il giardino è una meraviglia, e la piscina ancora di più. Se si vuole passare un momento di relax è decisamente la casa perfetta. Daphna è una donna molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a rispondere ad ogni dubbio ed esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente per goderci ancora questa bellissima oasi.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is nothing short of paradise – peaceful, lush, and full of charm. Our daughter especially loved watching and even feed the turtles and rabbits – such a lovely surprise that kept her entertained for hours! The hot tub in the garden was the perfect finishing touch – relaxing in it was a highlight of our stay. A special thank you to our incredibly kind and welcoming host Daniele, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Your hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. We hope to return someday – and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

Prachtige locatie met fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Zeer grote, mooie tuin. Perfecte privacy. Achteraan het domein heeft de eigenaar evenwel een eigen verblijfplaats, met eigen ingang. Gelukkig was tijdens onze periode de eigenaar niet aanwezig, want dat zou dat perfecte privacy-gevoel wel wat hebben verminderd. Het is een oudere villa maar voorzien van alle comfort. Moderne goed uitgeruste badkamers. De keuken is ook zeer functioneel, maar niet gemoderniseerd. Dat wisten we vooraf, want duidelijk te zien op de foto’s. Silva is een perfecte host : proactief en zeer vriendelijk. Ook de extra poetsbeurten die we hadden gevraagd werden perfect geregeld door Silva en uitstekend uitgevoerd door Sabrina. Het enige nadeel van de locatie en de gehele omgeving is dat er veel muggen zijn.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (5, 7), Aufenthalt 1 Woche. Wir konnten spontan früher einchecken und später am Tag auschecken. Giulia war immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig mit wunderschöner Aussicht und Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür! 🏖️ Die Bewohner der oberen Haushälfte waren sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Mitbekommen haben wir uns nur am Strand. Es hat nirgends nach Rauch gerochen. Eine Parkmöglichkeit an der Bundesstraße haben wir immer für 2 Autos gefunden. In einem Zimmer ist die Bundesstraße und der nächtliche Zug sehr deutlich hörbar. Das Fenster war aufgrund der Temperaturen immer auf. Die Meeresbrise sorgte meist für ausreichend Abkühlung mit offenen Fenstern auch am Tag. Eine vorhandene Lampe inkl Verlängerungskabel für ein Abendessen am Strand ist vorhanden. Auch den Katamaran und Surfbrett, durften wir nutzen. Ein Ausflug nach Rom mit Zugfahrt ab S. Severa, online Buchung der Zugtickets!, war sehr unkompliziert möglich

Blown away, we will be back many times

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Francesca is een hele lieve verhuurder. We kwamen eerder aan en dat was geen enkel probleem. Ze had tips voor fijne restaurants, we kregen een rondleiding door haar huis, duidelijke instructies over het park enzovoort. Het huis staat op een prachtig goed onderhouden park en het strand is fantastisch. De tuin van het huis is heerlijk koel met grote bomen. Superfijn!

What a lovely place to stay, easy to get to by public transport, I took the train to Orbetello and then a local bus. the house was welcoming and it was easy to relax for a few days, there is also plenty to do and see around the area.
