Holiday rentals with a patio in Perth County

My mom & I took a girls trip to Stratford & found Brendan’s place to be the perfect spot for a few nights away. Check in/out was easy. Brendan was quick to answer any questions before & during our stay. The apartment itself was cozy & clean, and exactly as shown in pictures. The bed was very comfortable & spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals while away, hot plate, pots etc. It was very quiet at night. A very peaceful experience. It’s a lovely little space. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Stratford!

We had an excellent stay at Brendan’s spot. Clean, charming and close to everything. We felt safe at all times with no noise from surroundings. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything you needed from coffee to cooking. Thank you for a perfect weekend away!!

From arrival to departure our stay was 5 ⭐️ 3 ladies on an annual weekend away, and all wished we could stay longer and take all the decor home ! (Which we kinda did - as the unit is decorated using locally sourced merchants ) It is like staying at your besties house for the weekend. Christie has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Perfect location and she is very helpful and attentive. All 3 guests would return to see more of Stratford and surrounding area. Worth every $

A beautiful spotless Airbnb with all the amenities in a great location, what more could you ask for. Brendan is a great host, responsive, attentive, friendly and a great communicator. I would definitely recommend and will return in the near future. I loved that the location was walkable to the Patterson Theatre and restaurants. Stratford is a beautiful place.

This is a well appointed, charming suite that is prefect for an extended stay in Stratford. Located on a quiet street in easy walking distance of downtown theatres and restaurants. Plenty of room - sleeps four - with full kitchen. And very thoughtful hosts. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Gorgeous apartment. We loved the two porches. It was so close to the theaters, coffee shops, shopping, and dining. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two couples or a small family.

A lovey, affordable space for a short stay in Stratford. Host was communicative and accommodating, ever so patiently texting us through setting up our music. (boomers🙄) We appreciated having such a cool spot to hang out and visit.

The place itself was spotless, super comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing in the peaceful backyard with the pool. The location was also perfect—quiet and serene, but still close to everything we needed in Stratford. All around, a great place to stay! Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Sydneys place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout. The location was perfect. I especially loved the balcony view, the comfy bed, the hot tub and the vibes of our own home. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable. Host left a little welcome package of snacks which was really appreciated after arriving after a long day of travel! She was very responsive and we were able to book only a few hours before check in! She also allowed late check out, although we didn't end up needing it. My only surprise was to discover the 2nd bedroom was in the basement, without a bathroom on that level. I'm not sure this was made clear in the description, and could be an issue for mobility challenged guests. We may have missed this in our haste to book last minute! We made it work, and were very happy. Thank you!

If I could Marilyn more than 5 stars I would. This is the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It felt like staying with family. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the neighborhood dog walkers. It’s a quick walk to the Avon theatre and to the downtown area. We hope to come again next year. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re going to Stratford. I was there with my 2 granddaughters and felt safe. Many thanks to Marilyn for helping make our visit unforgettable.

Abdullah, was an amazing host! The space is beautiful and very spacious. The checking in was clear and proactive. Abdullah reached out to ensure that we made it to Stratford and confirm our arrival. Abdullah ensured that the check-in was seamless. The home was spotless and spectacular. The beds were comfortable and we felt like home for our overnight stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It is on a quiet street in a location where it is easy to walk to each of the theaters, and right across from a community center with a big fenced grassy area for kids to run and play. The home was very clean and comfortably furnished. The attic playroom was really attractive to the kids in our family. Three full bathrooms made logistics very convenient. The front porch (especially) and back deck were very pleasant places to sit and chat. The stairs are just a little narrow and steep, which is what we expected in an older home, but they are well-lit and have good railings/supports. The interior has been COMPLETELY refurbished and the plumbing, windows, floors, and furnishings are very modern and comfortable. The piano was a real bonus, as were the interesting books to look at. The owners were lovely to work with and provided ample supplies for our use. Thank you so much for making our family time so enjoyable!
