Situated on Dunkeld Road, we are a 15 min walk to the University of the Highlands and 20 mins to Royal Infirmary. Room only - Full Cooked Breakfast available at additional cost of £7.50 per night. Whether visiting for pleasure or working in the area Alasdair and Suzie look forward to welcoming you to the Scotia B&B. Note - there is no parking with this room. Parking is available within a 2 minute walk.

Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

Upstairs warm room with comfy kingsize bed, ensuite with shower. This room also has a single bed which can be made up if requested. Included is coffee, tea etc, & a porridge-pot/cereals/fruit/toast breakfast. The Bar & Restaurant in the hotel (different organisation) open Wed-Sun, meals best booked direct by phone, we can pass their number to you once you have made your Airbnb booking. For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.

Black Bull Gartmore

Set in the rural village of Gartmore, the Black Bull is 26 miles north of Glasgow and 20 miles west of Stirling. Our inn includes a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. Double room for 2 people. NOT ensuite. Sky TV in room. Located across from the train station and only a few minutes walk from the distillery. Situated in the former village primary school and school house set in an acre of ground. Surrounded by mountains and Loch Ericht only a few minutes walk away. Hot tub in summer house outside, available to use for a small fee during summer months.

Suie Hunting Lodge - Luxury King room with bath

Suie Hunting Lodge is the former shooting lodge of the Suie Estate, built in 1780. We are now a small hotel with a passion for eclectic design and great food. A full Scottish breakfast is included in the rate. Your room is a large king sized room with UK king size bed, en suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower and vintage style roll top cast iron bath.
