The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

My house is situated just a three-minute flat walk from Perranporth beach and village centre in a cosy, quiet cul-de-sac with offroad parking for two cars. Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring many places in Cornwall, as it's just 8 miles from Newquay and Truro. Facilities include super-fast Wi-Fi, a 4K TV, a kitchen with laundry facilities, and a bathroom with a luxurious rainhead power shower.
