Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever stayed in. The experience has been impeccable. Ghislaine welcomed us very kindly, we felt very welcome! We would repeat without thinking twice!

Very good stay at Christiane's! The house is spacious and very well maintained, everything is clean, the bed linen and bath sheets smell good, the amenities of the accommodation are great, we clearly lack nothing. And that's not to mention Christiane's quality of hospitality: time is taken to give you a tour of the accommodation, to give you recommendations about the neighborhood. Christiane is very responsive and available! We feel welcomed as at home, everything is done to make us feel good: bottles of water, milk, orange juice and homemade jam will be waiting for you in the fridge, local specialties too and you will never lack the essentials: coffee, tea, toilet paper, small grocery store, shower kit... I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Caroline’s apartment is gorgeous. She has decorated it beautifully and stylishly. Caroline was a brilliant host and gave us lots of tips and recommendations for places to go. She was also very understanding and kind. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Listing completely as described. It's a really nice place. On the other hand, you have to love being isolated in nature. The car is necessary to move and the road is quite folkloric! Hiking departure from the house and small river at the bottom of the village , fruit trees available in the extensive garden, beautiful outdoor space to eat! The house is beautiful, everything is refurbished and the materials and equipment are premium . The bedding in particular is perfect. In short, nothing to repeat. Julien's welcome is neat and everything is thought out for your comfort. We see that he likes to share his love for this family home.

This apartment is in a great location. The sunrise in the morning is a marvel. The street, although busy, is quiet and access to the beach is so easy (cross the street). Another great positive point is the parking. The apartment is very well arranged and the decoration is done with taste. Thank you Camille.

Hugo's apartment stands out as being exceptionally well presented and in a great location in Perpignan. Close to great restaurants, bars and shoos plus excellent coffee down the street. One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Highly recommend this listing.

Excellent communication with Blanche, everything was very smooth for the check-in and check-out of the apartment. Apartment well located in a quiet neighborhood (easy to park) and in accordance with the description of the listing. I felt very good and comfortable there. Perfect apartment for up to 4 people who want to discover the city.

Fantastic, stylish and thoughtfully designed apartment in a brilliant location. We had a sea view from our large balcony with glass walls so we could enjoy it even when sitting down. The kitchen was very well equipped, the shower very powerful , the beds very comfortable and the air con and ceiling fans kept us cool in the 30 degree heat. Julien was a great host, responding quickly to all our queries. And the area is delightful. A long pristine beach just a stone’s throw away, lots of very good restaurants and bars, and attractions like a water park nearby. Perfect!

This place is the former reception area of a villa built in art deco style in 1947. It’s beautifully furnished and all architectural details are well kept like the doors, stairs and closets. Despite being so elegant, you feel yourself home right away because of its warm character.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Away from the main centre of the town, but easily walkable to many eating places. We enjoyed Mas Larrieu, and our meal at Le Salamandre in Sorede was superb.
