Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Ebe en Giovanni hebben ons heel goed geholpen. De parkeerplaats is zeer handig en zo moesten we iets minder hoog gaan met de auto door de nauwe straatjes van Brunate. Let wel dat je goed te been bent want de 350 meter vanaf de parking is naar boven. de ruimte was proper, je had er ook alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloze vakantie. Voor ons was het enige minpuntje dat de deur naar de tuin in de slaapkamer was. We hadden een kindje van 4 maand mee, hij is een lichte slaper dus konden we niet echt buiten zitten in het mooie weer 's avonds. Ze zijn beiden zeer vriendelijke hosts en geven steeds duidelijke instructies. We hebben genoten. Blij dat we kozen voor een verblijf in Brunate en niet in Como zelf. Het is er veel rustiger. Een abbonement op de funicolare voor 16 euro zorgt ervoor dat je een week lang deze kan gebruiken. En de andere touristen met een dagticket kan voorbijgaan. Dit was ook een groot pluspunt.

Francesco una persona muy cálida, desde el principio nos hizo sentir como en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo impecable, super equipado y cómodo para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Do not hesitate to book this stylish Cosy Brera apartment! I would, and will, stay here again and again. Located in an extremely beautiful and convenient part of Milan, it feels and looks like something out of a fairy tale, from the entrance to the courtyard to the apartment itself. It is a short walking distance to the most beautiful places Milan has to offer. The apartment was clean and well decorated, with excellent attention to detail, and came complete with all the amenities listed. Instructions for entry were very easy and accurate. AC worked great, bathroom had good water pressure, the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the space was well stocked with everything one could need. I appreciated the brita filter!Pietro was a truly wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating to all my questions. Overall an 11/10 experience. Be sure to enjoy a delicious bite or coffee or cocktail at La Tartina downstairs!

We stayed for five days and this apartment will be one of my favorite memories of milan! It is an open and sunny space with a great balcony where u can have breakfast or a nightcap. It is close to so many pubs and bars so you can walk back home even when u had a few drinks or when public transport isn’t available. Overall a perfect stay for when you would like to rewind and enjoy milan. Chiara was a super helpful and kind host who made our stay very comfortable.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement von Giulia hat von Anfang an reibungslos funktioniert. Der Check-in wurde klar geregelt und war sogar früher möglich als angegeben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Wohnung sah haargenau aus wie auf den Bildern zu sehen war und war ebenfalls äußerst sauber. Alle angegebenen Features der Wohnung (z.B. Kamin, Fernseher) haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Mailand und hatten auch keinerlei Schwierigkeiten beim Check-out. Wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich bedanken für die tolle Zeit, die Gastfreundschaft und freundliche Art von Giulia. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😁

This is a great apartment, just as it looks in the pictures. Fulvio was very nice, and he even made a reservation at a local restaurant for us. The place is near many train/metro stations. Also good AC, as it can get very hot in milan Everything was great, I would stay again

L’appartement est très propre, confortable, bien meublé, et très bien équipé pour la cuisine. Même quand il fait très chaud (30 degrés), il reste frais, sans mettre la Clim. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse. Nous remercions Daniela de prendre autant de soins de son appartement ça qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable!

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

This accomodation was clear with instructions on how to get in and the actual area of the apartment was quite large and modern and I was met with a freezing cold can of coke and water in the fridge which boosted my experience. I enjoyed my stay and the Corvetto subway station was 2 minute walk away and a 20 minute ride to the central station. There is also a mini Mart next door for you basic food and drinks.

We stayed one night at Jacopo’s condo before an early flight, and it was perfect for our needs. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the LIN terminal — flat and easy, even with luggage. The condo is super clean, very modern, and thoughtfully designed, with fast WiFi, a spacious bedroom, and a luxurious bathroom with a giant soaking tub. The outdoor space was also a lovely touch. While there’s no kitchen or mini fridge, there is a kettle and a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods). The pullout sofa was comfortable and worked well for our third traveler. Jacopo’s communication was professional and prompt, which made everything seamless. This is a great spot for a short stay, especially for small families. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

Perfect place to stay. Just outside busy tourism center, lots of nice restaurants and stores in area, very quiet. The place itself is lovely, immaculate, and there are excellent instructions for every appliance. Host is very responsive, there’s simply no downside to this apartment. A lovely place to stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Marco und Stefy gefühlt. Marco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns direkt gut in Como und Umgebung eingewiesen. Ganz toll & sympathisch! 😊 Die Unterkunft selbst ist wie auf den Bildern, sauber und geräumig. Sie liegt hervorragend in der Nähe der Uferpromenade und man erreicht alles sehr schnell. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor Ort! Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!😊👍🏽
