Immediately in front of the accommodation, there is a modified white footprint that follows the Ore Mountains highway. There are a number of ski resorts nearby (Pernink, Boží Dar, Potůčky, Nové Hamry, Plešivec) and a toboggan run. In the summer months, bike, hiking, mushrooms, and blueberries just behind the cottage.

The apartment is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, hair dryer in the bathroom, coffee capsules with coffee maker, sofa bed.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the premises. If possible, a sauna barrel can be booked on site.

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)

***disclaimer, long post. My family and I have traveled a lot and stayed in many airbnb and never had the hospitality we received at Martin's place. we were welcomed by his mother (what a delightful woman), she made my kids so comfortable with toys, her lovely dog; the kids loved playing in the backyard although the weather was not much helpful. The area is beautiful, quiet, about 20 min drive for Kalovy Vary main attraction; so I suggest renting a car is the best way. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the Czech country side at Martin's after the noise from Praha. Martin was easily reachable and replied within 30 min of sending him a message. if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, well rested vacation, book this place. The next time we visit back Czech Republic, we will stay in Pernink at Martin's place!

Had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in easy. The accommodation is in a house on the edge of the forest. There is the possibility to sit in the garden and relax. From the house, you can immediately start a forest walk. Karlovy Vary is 20 minutes away by car. I have rarely experienced such a beautifully situated place almost in the middle of nature. Julia's parents are warm hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Really great apartment in a central location. Directly above a small supermarket, where you can still get the necessary groceries. Very nice hosts! We recommend the stay!
