Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

super friendly and responsive host! minor hiccup with the back toilet and living room aircon but she managed to send handyman over even during public holiday! held my post wedding celebration there she was super accommodating! the place is loaded with mahjong tables, karaoke set (superb soundproofing), foosball desk, pool, loads of parking and bed space! super worth the price!

Great place.. Good location

We were a family of 10 pax and stayed for 3 nights. The place was impeccably clean with spacious bedrooms for everyone. There were attached bathrooms to each bedroom and extra bathroom in the gaming room and also the karaoke/entertainment room. Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun playing the free board games while adults had fun with the karaoke and mahjong session. It is not easy to find a place to accommodate everyone’s need and this venue is perfect for it. Joseph was also very friendly and reached out to us daily to check if we were comfortable and whether there’s anything he can do to improve our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

This place is great for a large group! The karaoke system and space was a great plus. The toilet cleanliness could be improved, but i would say its already pretty value and great stay! 😊

Clean place with air purifier in each room. Clean bathroom. Only setback we were not aware that it doesn’t have towels. Luckily the host mention a day before and we are able to get disposable towels on the road.

3 families with young children stayed here. Children truly enjoyed themselves. Pool is well maintained, not much chlorine thus children did not complain of itch or dryness despite being in the pool for hours. pool is also partially shaded. House looks exactly like how it Is in the pictures. many good eateries very nearby too. Host was very responsive.

Stayed for 2 Nights and it was a very great experience! The house was big and cozy. Love the interiors. All rooms have air conditioning and toilet inside except the small room downstairs. If you’re muslim, host got provide telekung and sejadah also. Very thoughtful! Peaceful neighbourhood also :D all good except 1 thing which was the toilet’s flush. But acceptable no worries.

The house was neat and clean . Especially the toilets , we liked how they had 4 toilets accommodating large group. Its a private area there is no shops nearby , have to go further to find things . So recommend getting a car. As for the induction cooker we were not not sure how to use it otherwise the microwave was a huge use . Overall it is worth the price as compared to others. Nice to chill with family . I loved the potable mini pool they had it was really fun for the kids.

We had a wonderful time at Zen@Austin. The house is exactly what was listed. We were a group of 10 and there was ample space and beds for everyone! The skylight feature on the toilet was beautiful and we loved the experience. The house is in a gated and guarded area so it's safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you
