Pour les petits curieux, à proximité vous avez la possibilité de visiter le châteaux des Ducs de Lorraine ou celui de Malbrouck. Egalement proche de Cattenom, à 20 minutes en voiture pour les travailleurs en déplacement. Je suis à votre disposition pour toute question ou demande pour rendre votre voyage plus agréable.

Idéalement situé à 500m de l’Allemagne et 1500m du Luxembourg. C'est une maison jumelée en pierre de taille de 115m² habitable, 10m² de courette dont 5 m² de terrasse et 44m² de cave. Situé dans un quartier calme et convivial. Le tout refait entièrement à neuf en 2023. Historiquement vous êtes dans l’ancien quartier des douanes.

Das große Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Esszimmer, bietet genügend Platz, um gemeinsam zu speisen und sich später in geselliger Runde hier oder auf der Terrasse, austauschen zu können. Hier stehen neben einer Spielecke auch ein Kinderhochstuhl für unsere kleinen Gäste bereit.

From this centrally located accommodation in Perl-Wochern you can be in all important places in no time at all. The award-winning Moselsteig hiking trail is within walking distance. The Perl mountain bike facility is very easy to reach in a 2-minute drive. Also in the immediate vicinity: - Viewpoint Dreiländerblick, Roman Villa Borg, Berg Castle, wine trail and many wineries with offers for wine tasting.

The house is located in Perl-Büschdorf, directly on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig. 10 km from the Luxembourg, 2 km from the French border. I live in the house, but am absent when renting it out, with evtl. the exception of arrival and departure day. Space is normaly for 2 adults/couple with children or 2 couples. There are 2 beds of 1.40 m each.
