Pobyt udany. Taras do wypoczynku niesamowity. Mieszkanie czyste i przestronne. Jedynie do czego mogłabym się przyczepić to do wiejącego wiatru, ale to nie wina właścicieli:)). Polecam. Miejsce cudowne do odpoczynku i zresetowania.

Chris, an exceptional host, consistently goes above and beyond. I mentioned my preference for using a microwave, and he promptly acquired one for my convenience.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Alex ist immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und super nett! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Sauber, einfach und sogar viel mehr in der Unterkunft als angegeben, zb Hygiene Artikel. Ich denke aber auch das es einige Gäste da gelassen haben. Es gibt dort super viele, süße und zutrauliche Katzen. Wir haben sie immer gefüttert und es war echt immer schön morgens aufzustehen und die Miezen standen auf der Terrasse und haben uns begrüßt. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Nachbarn auch alle super freundlich. Nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß kommt man direkt zum Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, was sehr gut war da wir viel mit dem Auto auch unterwegs waren. Das einzige was uns nicht gut getan hat, war die Matratze, die war schon etwas sehr hart. Ich würde eine Unterkunft von Alex sofort wieder buchen, sollten wir mal wieder nach Zypern her kommen. 10/10 danke Alex!

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment. It's located right on the beach and the balcony provides a great place to enjoy the view. There are a few mini-markets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes of walking. There's also a bus station near the house that can be used to get to Larnaka, the Lidl supermarket or other places. Maria was very friendly and responsive whenever we had queries. Overall I would recommend this place.

James is een fijne verhuurder en reageert fijn en snel. De ruimte komt precies overeen met de foto’s en is prachtig en schoon

Wir liebten es bei Andreas. Es war ein Gefühl, als würden wir einen Freund besuchen. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Das Poolhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sehr sauber und schick. Der private Pool und die Liegen laden zum entspannen ein. Andreas ist sehr diskret und zurückhaltend und gleichzeitig immer da wenn man etwas braucht und für eine Unterhaltung zu haben. Wir liebten den Garten und die Pflanzen und bekamen von Andreas eine Führung und selbst angebautes Gemüse. Wir haben es wirklich rundum genossen.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Strandes, zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes war es eine ruhige Umgebung. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Da ich einen längeren Aufenthalt hatte, war für mich sehr angenehm, dass auch eine Kochmöglichkeit vorhanden war. Der Gastgeber antwortet rasch, ist sehr freundlich und gibt auch Tipps für gutes Essen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die nächstgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 25 Minuten entfernt, wenn man zu Fuß geht. War für mich kein Problem.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay. The space was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities I needed.

Een weekje Cyprus in het mooie Livadia/Larnaca! Het appartement gaf ons een volledig thuisgevoel en hadden er alles wat we nodig hadden! Heel goed bed en zeer comfortabele matras. De keuken was volledig uitgerust en we konden zelf potjes gebruiken (voor take away lunch) voor onze daguitstappen! We genoten met volle teugen van de chillavondjes op het terras en hadden netflix om films te kijken! Superleuk! Aan het zwembad niemand anders tegengekomen, het voelde dus zeer privé aan wat het heel comfortabel maakt! De waterdruk is inderdaad laag maar toch genoten we telkens van de verfrissende douche! Omdat wij een auto hadden konden we makkelijk naar de stad en andere uitstappen doen, de locatie was voor ons dus perfect! We hadden ook een eigen parkeerplek waardoor we nooit hoefden te stressen! We komen zeker nog terug! Cyprus en ook Bobi hebben ons hart gestolen! 💋

Polecam. Bardzo ładny apartament, czysty, wygodny, dobrze wyposażony. Pozytywnie zaskoczyła mnie winda. Czysty i ogrodzony basen. Super, że mieliśmy wydzielone i zadaszone miejsce parkingowe. Okolica bardzo spokojna dla osób ceniących sobie ciszę. W odległości spaceru jedna restauracja, także aby dostać się do marketu, innych restauracji czy ciekawych miejsc polecam wynajem samochodu.

We had a lovely stay here we couldn't have asked for a better location. It was right by the beach and many nearby bars and cafes but remained quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

amazing host! very flexible, responsive and helpful. the jacuzzi took too long to warm up at night, we gave up after 3 hours. but other than that really good experience!

Wir haben uns in Sophia's Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist wie auf den Fotos. Unser Highlight war der tolle Außenbereich. Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung zur Autobahn. Wir konnten viel von Zypern sehen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe sowie einen Supermarkt, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sophia ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft sehr schnell bei allen Anliegen und Anfragen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und grüßen Sophia herzlich Tobias und Nicole

Wonderful stay in a beautiful place, 5 minutes from the beach and a lot of great restaurants

This was the perfect spot to relax and catch up after travelling for the last four months and before our long adventures home. Quiet, cool, comfortable for a great nights sleep. Well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the large deck with the jacuzzi was just perfect for relaxing with in the sun, or shade, catching the sun go down. We also really appreciated the super flexible check-in and check out times. Along with being within easy walking distance to everything you need, it’s a great stay if you want home away from home.

super logement, propre, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, il est grand, les enfants ont adorés, l'emplacement du logement est calme, à 1 minutes à pied de la plage 😊

Everything was perfect we throughly enjoyed our stay there. Yes its not so close to the beach, if you have a car and your wanting to explore Cyprus its really not an issue. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Thank You

Wonderful stay at Gilles’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean. The location was just so peaceful. I walked into town and to the beach easily. Lidl and s close by for groceries. Gilles’s communication was excellent from the moment of booking until I checked out. He gracefully granted me a later check out. I recommend this apartment without any reservations. Enjoy 😊
