Beachfront holiday rentals in Perissa

Wauw! Top location by the water on the edge of the caldera. Amazing view. Quiet and private. Ideal to chill out. Property fit for up to four people. One master bed and two single beds. Terrace with table and four chairs, and outdoor shower ideal for after a swim in the sea. I brought my SUB and that was awesome. I do recommend renting a car to reach the parking by the sea and being able to visit other places on the island. To reach to airbnb, you will need to cross part of a beach so be aware when traveling with heavy luggage. The nearby restaurant is closed (end May 2024) so you if you are not cooking yourself, you will need to travel to eat somewhere else.

Spiros was very professional. The attention to detail was excellent! He was very personable and available for questions. His recommendations for food and excursions were perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back.

This sweet place is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for getting away from the noise of OIa itself. It's a challenging climb up and down the path (or a wait for the water taxi), but it is ultimately worth it for the peace. Listening to the ocean as it laps against the shoreline is soothing to soul. You can dip your toes in or walk a short way for a swim. The restaurant next door does not intrude on the quietness and the food is world class. Make sure you get a reservation as soon as possible!!! The host was very helpful - even through flight scheduling mishaps - and always willing to jump in with some help or a recommendation. If you're looking for a place off the beaten path where you can rest and recharge, this is the place!!!

The host is so nice and answer my questions so fast. The place has a beautiful beach view and plenty of room for five people. Everything is clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. We will comeback.

Overall was excellent. But could have used a new pan and some paper towels. Place was very nice. Good location very close to the beach. The host and cohost was very friendly informative. Was a little smaller than I anticipated for the price but again overall very very nice.

We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. The location right by the sea is a dream. Maro is an excellent host who sent us videos with directions for arrival and excursion options before the trip and prepared us so perfectly. A special thank you also goes to Lydia, who took care of the apartment, was always responsive and gave us an incredibly beautiful stay. We felt like we were in the seventh sky. Car hire is recommended as it is a better way to get around the island. Bathing shoes are recommended for the beach as the beach in front of the house is a stone beach. For this, the water is crystal clear (even if it was still quite fresh with us at the beginning of April, but the temptation was too great), by the way, it is worth getting up early, as you are rewarded with a wonderful sunrise directly above the sea. All in all, we highly recommend this apartment!!!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabet’s place. It was a beautiful private home right on the water. We could easily walk to some restaurants and drive everywhere else we needed to. We also enjoyed staying home and cooking and relaxing in the multiple outdoor spaces that were cozy and private Host was communicative and responsive. Elizabet met us upon arrival to show us everything. We would definitely stay again.

A really great place to stay as described. The other places like Oia and Fira are easily accessible by car in less than half an hour. The host is very friendly and has great tips for the area. If we are in Santorini again, we will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay at the Rodakas Hotel, with two young children, with a very nice pool, high quality breakfast at an additional cost, convenience store access and nearby restaurants within walking distance, nice beach after a ten-minute walk downhill. Helpful staff with good advice, very nice family atmosphere and a specific thank you to the bartender for his time spent on a few games of chess with our eldest son!

The villa was perfect. Great location next to the sea with a fantastic pool and peaceful garden. It had a well stocked kitchen, three good sized bedrooms and a really comfortable lounge. The hosts were amazing. They had stocked the fridge with the basics meaning we didn't have to go and do a shop as soon as we arrived and they were incredibly helpful and proactive in their recommendations. The local village had excellent restaurants, a small supermarket and bar all within easy walking distance as well as a good beach. The area itself is not as touristy as some of the other places on the island, but everywhere is an easy drive and it was actually very pleasant to return home away from the crowds. I absolutely recommend this villa. We had a fabulous holiday there.

We are a family of four with two small children and we had a wonderul stay here - the villa was perfect for us with lots of space. It is impeccably clean and we really appreciated the daily service. The pool is lovely and would be refreshing on a hot day. The location is very convenient for the beach and for choice of restaurants/ bars. We ate in Perivolos (Savvas Popeye was amazing) and Perissa which is less than 5 minutes by car or 20-minute walk along the beachfront. I also got out for some pretty incredible running in the mornings; it’s a great base for exploring the island that way if you’re into hiking or running. It’s also really nice to stay in the quieter South side of the island and visit the more ‘popular’ places for day trips. We loved coming back here in the evening. For anyone travelling with young children, there is a playground opposite the villa which we found great. Thank you, Athanasios, for the great recommendations and warm welcome!

Our experience at Secret Earth was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and taken care of. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained—housekeeping came daily. A special shoutout to Mary, the receptionist/concierge, who truly went above and beyond. She was so kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. Her attention and warmth made a huge difference. We were also greeted with fresh fruit, cheese, and bread—which was such a lovely touch after a long journey. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Great host and perfect location. Close to the beach, cafes and supermarkets. Host was very helpful and was always available if needed something for our stay. We would love to go back here on our next trip. He also has great deals on car rentals so make sure to ask. Cheers

Maria was lovely. An easy booking with some great recommendations for transfers and a boat trip. The Villa is very private and walking distance from a beach with a taverna close by. Just returning from a five day stay here and it was everything and more. Alex at the reception desk is fantastic. Couldn’t do enough for us. Roy At the front of the restaurant was just as good with recommendations for car hire, restaurants to eat and places to visit. If you’re looking for a short stay in Santorini, I would highly recommend this place. The beach is opposite the hotel with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Couldn’t ask for more.

if you are thinking about booking this airbnb, do not hesitate, book it! i want to start off by saying , I never have really taken time to write reviews but i have to write this one because the host was so amazing. He was attentive, reliable, and had great communication throughout our entire stay. He helped me arrange the room for my anniversary and he had transportation for us to and from the airport. We also got to stop by the market to pick up a few snacks and drinks on the way to the airbnb. I never hesitated to ask him for anything because i know he would always help out. He was so awesome and such a great host to us and one of the best host if not the best host i have had using airbnb. As far as the airbnb itself it was very nice and clean! we fell in love with the place immediately. He takes really good care of it. People come frequently to clean the room, pool, etc. the view you have is amazing. The pictures for the airbnb are as described! It is seriously that beautiful.

Well, our fifth island and what a lovely apartment! A lovely size, spotlessly clean and the perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia. The buses are easy to work out, o need for a car really. Everything we needed was here - loads of storage, comfy beds, coffee! and such great communication and recommendations! Perivolos has some brilliant restaurants. We’d love to go back 😎

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right by the beach, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy the sea every day. The apartment itself was spotless, very clean, and clearly newly renovated, with a fresh and modern feel throughout. Dimitris was an exceptional host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He replied to all our messages promptly and went above and beyond to assist us, including helping us book a wonderful catamaran cruise and answering any other questions we had. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay by the beach with a great host!

The hosts were very friendly and always willing to help. When we arrived they welcomed us sincerely and made sure we felt at home. Everything looked and was exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The jacuzzi is completely private and cleaned multiple times everyday! We were able to relax very well. Really a highlight The location is a short walk away of the beach and all the beaches aren’t far away. Our stay was 10/10 we would really recommend staying here!

My stay at E&E Villa in Kamari was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better – it's centrally situated, just a short walk from the shops, tavernas, and the beautiful beach. This made it incredibly convenient to explore everything Kamari has to offer. The villa itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Furthermore, the communication with Christina was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend E&E Villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Kamari. It's a gem!

In Peranosa the residency we had a great time with the whole family. This place is very well furnished and has everything you need to have a good holiday. It is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach. Theri staff is very helpful! We can highly recommend this place for a holiday :)

The stay at Villa Antel was splendid, the house very nice, especially the space outside, and equipped with every comfort. Our host is very welcoming, caring and able to satisfy our every request. I recommend staying here to everyone!
