We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. We had a brilliant week at David and Jo's. The cottage was beautiful, with gorgeous old features but also up to date and pristine. Photos make it look lovely but it's even better in real life! Everything you need, including sharp kitchen knives and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a while. Stunning surroundings and so peaceful. Had great fun in the pool and trying to play tennis! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. David and Jo were such lovely, kind hosts. Have already recommended it to friends and family. Really hope we get to return.

We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

4-night stay at Christel's, in a small apartment renovated with care and taste. Excellent comfort, very good communication with our hosts, and very well-equipped kitchen for cooking our small meals. The location allows you to radiate in the Périgord vert and the surroundings of Périgueux, with good advice for walks and detours by Céline and Christel. We'll be back with great pleasure, and I can only recommend the place!

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. Very peaceful location yet less than 5 minutes drive from Brantome centre. Host was very helpful and responsive and had a whole list of recommendations for local restaurants, places to go, etc etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Such a relaxing few days spent at this beautiful cottage. Nature, the local village and the sauna/hot tub were exactly what we needed

The accommodation was perfect for discovering the Périgord Noir: very well located (Caves of Lascaux on foot) and most sites about 30 minutes by car (Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, the Château des Milandes...) - on a quiet little street, with all the shops a few steps away (including a very good bakery right in front of the house) The accommodation corresponded perfectly to the description: very nice, well-equipped, very clean and Alexandre is a very friendly host who responds in a few minutes, is very accommodating for check-in and check-out, gives advice on visits and shops nearby. Perfect stay, with the sun in addition, we will gladly come back;)

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.

Beautiful house, very well equipped, very clean and quiet. Nothing is missing. Small pool, very appreciable in hot weather. This one is heated. Very nice decoration. Ideally located to visit the Black Périgord. Very close to Beynac. Many sites within 20 minutes' drive. The Dordogne is very close (10 min walk) with the possibility of canoeing. Margot welcomed us with kindness. Very available while remaining discreet. We recommend this property.

We had a great time! Marie-Claude is charming and welcoming. The place is ready for a green one! In a quiet, typical and flowery place, it is a real haven of serenity. If in addition you are lovers of bucolic walks, this is the perfect place. I would 100% recommend!

impeccable hosting by Stéphane and his wife. The accommodation is a small house in a green setting, with all the necessities. A small jar of honey is offered and I recommend buying it before you leave because it is really delicious. Hope to see you soon.

Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!
