It is located 12 km from Vals-les-Bains, a spa town where you will find many amenities: grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, ice cream, markets… Within the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park, you will enjoy: rivers, hiking, canyoning, mountain biking and cultural visits as well as many leisure activities.

Bourges River Banks

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing and quiet stay for the whole family. Our cottage is located in the town of Burzet and in the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park. The village is labeled Green Station for its quality of life. You can reach the shops, as well as certain hiking trails in 5 minutes, by taking a bridge from the gîte. Located approximately 15 minutes from the Cascade du Ray Pic, approximately 22 km from Vals Les Bains, and approximately 27 km from Mont Gerbier des Joncs.

This building with stone walls perched at an altitude of 1300m will seduce you with its calm and its view of the Ardèche plateau. This 30m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of our main dwelling, two other cottages are also present in the building but they are all totally private and independent. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

La Châtaigne Perchée – The footbridge

In the heart of nature, the "La Passerelle" gîte at La Châtaigne Perchée, breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains. We provide you with our infinity pool (unheated). The accommodation is 50 m2 and is entirely south-facing, all windows overlook the Ardèche mountains. it has a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, open kitchen, sleeping area in the living room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, and separate toilet.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
