I don't have much to say about this accommodation, it's just like in the photos! It is very well located in the center near places of interest and commerce in general. It is also close to the nightlife areas, and is accessible by any type of transportation. About Luz, I have to say that she was very kind and was attentive to our arrival at all times, as well as providing us with recommendations for recreational activities and areas of interest to go to. In general, our stay was very good!

It's a very nice house and it's a very safe place. During my stay I left the car outside every night and there's always 24-hour security. The hosts are attentive to absolutely everything that is occupied in all the days of stay and provide the best service, too kind. The spaces, especially the rest areas on the outside, are very beautiful, with lots of vegetation and quiet! Thank you very much, highly recommended

Maria’s place is fantastic. It’s located in a great safe area and there’s stores located all around within 1-4 minutes walking. You can buy anything you want there. It’s super close to the airport. I went to the Circus event which was nearby and I got lucky it happened within the days stayed. I practiced my Spanish with the locals. Locals are so nice and kind!!!! I’ll be back here for sure!!!

easy self check in!!!! great bed and enough space for a couple!!!! big fridge and my bottle watter, milk, and juices were kept very cold on it. the neighborhood was secured and lots of bars and restaurants. I will definitely return!!!! On top of that, Josef will respond your messages on minutes which is great!!! I do recommend this place!!!

Everything's perfect would go back without hesitation

From the beginning of the reservation, Lina is very attentive to absolve inquiries, she is always ready to respond the messages, she is a very good host, I highly recommend her. The apartment complies with the features mentioned in the listing, very comfortable. We had no noise problems, it is a very quiet building, very cool and bright. The area is central, you have a lot of options for shopping, food etc I fully recommend Lina's apartment. We will definitely be back next time.

Maria's place was clean and matched the description and photos exactly. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. If you like the sounds of a busy city, this is your place! We had a few issues but Maria quickly responded and sent a handyman. All was fixed to our satisfaction. Maria is quick to respond and willing to show up when necessary. We really loved the accommodations and enjoyed our 3 weeks here. Note: It is not in the Pinares area of Pereira but is within walking distance (crossing a busy street). We highly recommend this studio apartment.

Santiago's apartment is incredible. A very nice view. Everything was impeccable and clean. I had a problem (my mistake) getting to the apartments and Santiago responded very quickly. I would definitely come back.

The apartment is very comfortable and in an excellent location. Check-in is super easy thanks to the clear instructions they sent us. They also kept our suitcases after check-out and we were able to pick them up just before our flight. Highly recommended!

10/10 Luxury stay. Centrar and in the best area the photos don’t give it justice. This is one of the best experience I’ve had. This unit has everything you need plus more. The beds and pillows are very comfortable which is super important to me. Communication with Ramon is also a 10/10. Extremely professional and very attentive to any need. When I return I will definitely book this excellent Airbnb again.
