On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant, les amoureux de la campagne apprécieront le charme de ce gite confortable, situé à l’orée de la forêt domaniale du Perche, où se trouvent de nombreux monastères dont l’abbaye Notre Dame de la Trappe . The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
