Holiday rentals with a patio in Peradeniya

This was our first stay at Nimendra’s place and certainly won’t be our last, we’re already planning to return! The apartment felt like home, with a calm atmosphere and access to excellent shared facilities. The pool and gym were spotless and inviting, and the views of the Knuckles range were simply breathtaking. One heads-up for future guests: on arrival, we were asked by building staff (not Nimendra) to open and unpack our luggage entirely as part of a check-in procedure. We respect the security, but after an 11-hour flight and a long drive to Kandy on the same day, it wasn’t the warmest welcome, this could be better flagged in advance. In the flat, a few extra kitchen items (e.g. pasta strainer, dish rack, dustpan) would make self-catering easier. Despite these, everything else about the stay was top-notch. The space was quiet, spotless, and well thought out, and Nimendra was helpful and responsive throughout. A lovely stay in every way!

The host were very warm and welcoming. Every room had the mentioned amenities. We checked-in pretty late, but the host had zero issues with this and didn't bat an eye! Staying here literally felt at home - warm hosts, zero disturbance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy!

We rented this place for 2 weeks and it was amazing. Hosts were really helpful and friendly. Place is very clean and all interior and furnitures were very comfortable. Situated in a very clam place perfect for long holiday with family

The apartment is spacious and has amenities in rooms and two spacious rooms as well as spacious and elegant toilets The view was also magnificent The site is a bit far from the services and you need transportation to reach services, but the communication was seamless with the owner of the apartment and a driver was provided for money

Perfect Kandy Escape for Our Large Group! 5 Stars! We can't recommend this Kandy Airbnb enough! Our two families (4 adults and 4 kids) had a fantastic stay. The spacious home comfortably accommodated all of us with 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite – a lifesaver with a big group! The large living area was perfect for relaxing together. We cooked meals easily in the well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Having a washing machine and clothes drying facilities was a huge bonus. The true highlight though, was the balcony overlooking the stunning mountains and river – breathtaking views we never tired of! The delicious breakfasts, available for a small fee, were a fantastic way to start the day. We felt incredibly secure with the gated property, and the ceiling fans kept us cool throughout. The hosts even provided a TV and iron – little touches that made a big difference. This Airbnb is ideal for large families or groups. It truly felt like visiting family!

The overall ambiance was calm, cozy, and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of room to unwind, dine, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff was amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special shoutout to the chef Ranga who was fantastic and prepared delicious hotel-style meals that made the experience feel even more luxurious. it was a truly memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with great service and stunning views.

As a traveler and who love mountains, i never stayed before like this, The View and the rooms 😭❤️ . Only thing is there are two are three big steep roads to reach the property, But guys it worth it. Thank you chanaka for the beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house! Its location in the forest created an incredibly cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, and the housekeeper was a true gem — always nearby and ready to help, yet absolutely unobtrusive and respectful of our privacy, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi, but even that helped us disconnect and immerse ourselves in nature. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily come back again!

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The property is nestled in a beautiful hill station, surrounded by stunning views that made my trip unforgettable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had a really nice experience in this AirBnB. The owner and his brother were really kind and helpful! It’s even bigger than on the photos and has a nice view and very calm. You should know that there can be some insects like ants or mosquitos since it is directly surrounded by nature, which was no problem for us :)

Great value for money for 6 of us. Each bedroom has its only lovely clean bathroom. washing machine was great to have access to. kitchen well appointed & property big enough to feel comfortable in for a group our size

The flat in Nuwara Eliya was perfect for what we needed: two nights in a clean and spacious apartment. The flat has everything you need to make you feel like home: comfy beds, TV with access to smart tv, great kitchen, fridge, etc. It’s also very close to the Gregory lake and an amazing cafe that we went to for the 2 mornings we were there: Ayurveda Coffee Shop. Communication with Jeni was fine too, although we never met, the arrangements to check in/out were easy and clear.

The Grand Winterbury apartment was a great find for us to stay in Nuwera Eliya. Not far from the city centre yet private location. The apartment was well maintained with functioning kitchen with necessary equipment to make tea or coffee and to make a small meal.
