first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Eloise var en perfekt värd, hjälpsam och väldigt välkomnande och varm. Vi trivdes så bra och älskade Nikita, den snälla och fina hunden. Platsen var som en dröm, otroligt fint och poolen var underbar. Vi älskade att det fanns djur att titta på och en massa olika aktiviteter att hitta på. Rummet var så fint och vi älskade allt!

Lovely experience, would definately stay again! This casa has absolutely amazing views: from relaxing pool days to the stunning sunsets on the terrace. The location and the overall atmosphere were exactly what we were looking for. Inside, there was everything we needed, great air conditioning and a cozy feeling. Parking was easy, and it’s a good base for day trips to Siena, Firenze and all other nearby locations, if you even feel like leaving this beautiful place. The guard tower in the wall is a romantic Tuscan dream. The small town is tiny and calm. We had some trouble with Wi-Fi during our stay and never could really get it going for more than a few minutes but when we sent a message to Deb she immediately asked her IT person to review and offered us her restaurant location to work and connect. We decided this problem was a clear message to us to unplug and enjoy the serenity, and that’s exactly what we did. We ate at Deb’s Lounge, which was a great experience, especially because of the impeccable kindness and attention of Ousnane. He not only served us but gave us some excellent ideas for places to visit. The daily breakfast served by Laura, who was also very kind to us, was also really large and welcomed. We also took the suggestion of a guest review to visit the spa in Bagno Vignoni at Hotel Posta Marcucci and it was incredible and worth the money. We spent most of the day there and relaxed in the outdoor, indoor areas and massage.

Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.

We cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. Maybe the most gorgeous property we’ve ever seen - even better than the pictures! Pia was incredibly helpful, sent us a whole printout of recommendations for different restaurants, wineries, and things to do. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and proactive - she thought of everything you may need during your stay and gave us a tour of our home. Waking up in the Tuscan countryside and watching the sun rise over the vineyards was relaxing and beautiful. The sunsets were breathtaking to see over the rolling hills in Chianti. Castellina was a cute little town with fantastic places to eat and panoramic views of the valley. And on top of all that, we made a new friend in the Public Relations Manager, Teo - you can be sure you’ll be greeted with a wagging tail and a happy little smile. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

We loved our stay at Palazzina Maresa and wish we stayed longer than two days! Eugenio was an incredible host and met us upon arrival. He explained the history of the space and provided incredible recommendations for Florence. The space is absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and we loved the garden terrace in the backyard. We will definitely stay in one of his properties again when we revisit Florence!

From check in to check out, everything was amazing! The home was so comfortable and the rooms were large and nicely furnished. The grounds were well maintained with planters lining the terrace. The terrace overlooks the vineyards. The views were spectacular! We were provided a selection of wines that we could enjoy and purchase at the end of our stay. In addition, we were able to take advantage of enjoying a meal prepared by Chef Francesco at the property. It was perfect! We highly recommend Giovanni’s listing!
