All spectacular! Our stay at the house was amazing. The property is super well cared for, clean and very comfortable to rest and enjoy. Carmen was an excellent host, always attentive and very kind from the moment she was. It was definitely a lovely experience and we didn't hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

A new and modern loft with western appliances and comforts. Central AC works great (the control is located in the bedroom). The loft offers a nice balcony with a large couch and a breakfast table. The location is great as well, it is close to Puntarena beach club and a short walk to El Faro beach club. A good restaurant (Mansa) and a liquor/food store Felipe Motta are located next door. Visitor parking is right in front of the loft. A larger visitor parking is located behind the building, but you have to drive around to get there.

We stayed for a month. Very good value. Well equipped. Would stay again. Any issue was resolved by their resident property Manager-Larry

Excellent place, full recommended, everything was very clean and organized. The communication with Julie was very good, I responded very quickly all our concerns and the water park was excellent for the children. We had a lot of fun as a family. Thank you very much Julie for always being on the lookout.

This is the fourth time my husband and I have visited Panama and our first to stay at Rio Mar. Our stay in Keith’s condo was lovely and relaxing. The view from the many windows gave us a panoramic view of the ocean with the morning sun coming up on our balcony. The beach was a short walk from our door. The condo itself was amply furnished the way that we enjoy with spacious areas throughout. The kitchen had everything to make our stay enjoyable and having three full baths was a bonus. We had a few glitches with the condo but Sery was quick to correct them. Our stay was for four weeks with the first two on our own and the last two spent with two friends. We enjoyed the four different pools, the poolside restaurant and the many choices of seating in the common areas. There were many amenities available if one wished to use them. The cleanliness of the grounds show that Rio Mar takes pride in their surroundings. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Welcome to paradise can only be said. We felt very comfortable with Sarah and would have liked to stay longer. There is also a lot to experience in the vicinity (restaurant, supermarkets) It was just nice.

An amazing house with a very peaceful feeling, great amenities, easy to find and a great host.

Very nice apartment on the 17th floor. We enjoyed the balcony and the ocean front view. Since we were there during rainy season, there were very few residents in the building. We did have some sunny skies so we spent some time at the pool. There are a few towels in the apt to use for pool towels. Be aware you might need to bring shampoo and body soap (we did find some shower gel later with a loofah but I can’t make myself use someone else’s loofah, and there are no wash rags). And just fyi, the coffee pot is 4-cup. Worked fine for just the two of us, we made 2 pots. Everything was very easy to use. Fantastic space!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location is unbeatable – just 100 meters to the bay and 150 meters to the ocean. The apartment itself was perfect: everything we needed was right there, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The swimming pool was an added bonus, making our mornings and evenings even more relaxing. The owner truly made our trip unforgettable. He organized everything for us, from airport transfers to meals at his fantastic restaurant. He even recommended and arranged the best local trips, helping us explore the beauty of the surrounding area. Additionally, the owner has several businesses in the area, including a restaurant and other services, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips! We couldn’t have asked for a better host or location. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a worry-free and enjoyable vacation.

Great spot for a short or long stay. The layout is very roomy and affords plenty of room for a very comfortable stay. The pool is well maintained and uncrowded and the buildings are very clean as well. Centrally located if you want to use it as a base camp to explore other regions in Panama. Communication with Marcia was easy and quick.

What a great AIRBNB! Every need catered for right down to a clothes airer for drying out swimsuit after using the pool. We are a family of 5 and the space was perfect. The most equipped kitchen of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in, including spices, containers, cold drinking water on tap even boiling water on tap! Warm showers and comfy beds Aircon throughout except in kitchen but a large fan is supplied there very adequate. The communal swimming pool area was really perfect for the kids to swim while we relaxed in their social area. We loved the convenience of Alexa too! Thank you!

Our stay at Omar and Eyda's apartment has been very satisfactory . We highlight the friendliness and the quick response and resolution of Omar y Eyda. All the details and the beautiful welcome gift have been motivations within our stay . The apartment is very comfortable and good located near the beach and has all the amenities as advertised . Jackson is spot-on for any needs we had. He is very responsive and kind. The condo is clean and well-equipped. Will definitely seek it out again.

The place was nice, everything was very tidy when we arrived, there was access to the slides area for residents about 10 minutes away, also 2 small pools on the ground floor, so there was to choose between privacy and coexistence in the shared area with slides and a small bar. The apartment if it was 5 minutes from the beach as promised and places to sit on the beach. The only inconvenience that is not Zahira's fault is that we wanted to see the giant pool that was close, in front of the Town Center, however, we ran into that it was empty, there was only the canvas without water. In addition to that, as a recommendation just add if possible an air pump to fill the balls at home (There are basketball courts-tenis-futbol-voleibol nearby) The other one to add is to check the gas grill, just that. But the truth is very cozy, we will be back for the next holidays, we really liked it

The place is super comfortable and has everything it describes in the post, it is recommended for a disconnect by the beaches and pools. Malú is super friendly, I will definitely be back
