We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Both Stefania and her parents were very helpful, friendly and accommodating and they were always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and in a stunning location, that is not too far from either the mountains or towns and shops. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Great location, really nice place and very easy for everything.

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

The reception was good, Carmine uses fine tools to communicate pleasantly if you do not speak the same language. The space and surroundings are beautiful.

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

It is a somewhat dated apartment in a very quiet vacation complex. The location is strategic because in a few minutes you can reach the center (with a very safe cycle pedestrian road) but also leave for various excursions or for skiing. The house is comfortable and very clean with everything you need. I was impressed by the kitchen very well stocked with all the utensils, which is not obvious. The bathroom is also clean and functional. The heating works perfectly and the hot water also gave us no problems despite having 7 showers in a row. Last is the spectacular view from the balcony. Highly recommended!

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. My family and I traveled from Knoxville, TN to Sant'Omero to visit relatives! We were absolutely blown away by this Air B&B. Not only was the home extremely clean with amenities including full bathrooms, kitchen, pool, but also the views were incredible. We were greeted at the front door and given a tour of the home. The host was responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond as a host. We had a wonderful time and will remember this trip forever! I hope to visit again and stay here!! This was easily our most enjoyable experience with Air B&B.

I was brought to tears when i sat at the family table of Alessio with his family - these were tears of emotion + joy of how a family is holding together their traditional values, simple living, growing their food, cooking delicious meals + family life. We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real corner of paradise immersed in the rolling Teramo hills. From our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and availability, and we immediately felt at home. Communication was great, lots of good recommendations, fantastic view

One of my best AirBNB experiences, I slept really well in this lovely apartment. The exterior of the building was quaint and had character but the insides were modern, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Fontecchio is a small but really charming little village and a great base to explore this corner of Abruzzo. The only thing is that public transport is extremely limited in this kind of rural area so you will have to rent a car if you are thinking of staying in Fontecchio. But otherwise, I rarely give out such great reviews on AirBNB - this is definitely an excellent choice, I truly recommend this place based on my great experience. Every time we encountered a minor issue, Fabrizio and Todd looked into it and took care of it at once, you can't ask for more. Thanks so much for a great holiday.

Beautiful period apartment in central location - Stefano was very helpful and responsive
