Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Penne

Alloggio su tre piani in una zona molto tranquilla, Luigi e Antonia sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Noi siamo andati per un addio al celibato di tre giorni e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Consigliato!

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Een heerlijk huis, met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht! De ontvangst door Beci was bijzonder gastvrij. Keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden en de douche had een goede straal . We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Het ontvangst was goed, Carmine gebruikt fijne hulpmiddelen om prettig te kunnen communiceren als je niet dezelfde taal spreekt. De ruimte en omgeving zijn prachtig.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Wohngegend von Pescara, der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Pinienpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Außengestaltung ist wunderbar, Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenschirm und eine superbequeme Hängematte. Innen ists klein, aber fein. Marco und seine Familie sind tolle und nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Wünsche sind sofort erfüllt worden. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und wäre gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Auf jeden Fall werde ich wiederkommen!

Appartement très confortable, tranquille, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes autour. La présence de la chienne Elie est certainement un plus! Nous nous ennuyons déjà d’elle. Merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil, et les bonnes recommendations pour explorer les Abruzzes!

Casa di Blue Dream is a lovely quiet and private apartment. It is very bright and airy with a huge sliding door to the patio. It is recommended you have a bike or car to commute to restaurants or the beach. The space was very clean. The wifi fast and easy to connect to. The water pressure for the shower surprisingly good but remember to save water when you can! The host was very helpful after my train was late.

Appartamento con vista mare eccezionale! Pulito, fornitissimo e ben arredato! Guardare l’alba dal giardino è stato meraviglioso. Un soggiorno perfetto per chi cerca relax e bellezza. Consigliatissimo!

Di passaggio per tornare a casa, siamo stati benissimo. È un appartamento con 2 camere da letto, ognuna con proprio bagno e condizionatore. Vi erano prodotti di toelette di diverso tipo. La vista è stupenda e la posizione ottima a 5 min dal centro storico. Molto comodo il parcheggio all’interno del condominio, per noi che avevamo tanti bagagli è stato importante, anche se Ascoli è davvero tranquilla. L’ascensore arriva al terzo piano e poi occorre fare una piccola rampa, per noi non è stato un problema. Alessandra è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile, sicuramente sarà il mio riferimento per un successivo soggiorno ad Ascoli.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Geweldige, stille plek waar je helemaal tot rust kunt komen. Ligbedden en een hangmat naast de fruitboomgaard, bergen als uitzicht, bezoekjes van een rode wouw en gekraagde roodstaarten voor de vogelliefhebbers, vuurvliegjesshow in de avond en een dwergooruil in de verte. Wie van natuur houdt, houdt van deze plek. Het bed is heerlijk, de luiken maken de ruimtes goed donker, overal zijn horren bevestigd, de douche is wat klein voor grote Nederlanders als wij zijn. Lina en Mario waren superbehulpzaam en communicatief. Dorpjes in de omgeving zijn leuk om te bezoeken. Verwacht geen grote toeristenmassa’s, ruines bezoeken doe je lekker alleen (in juni in elk geval). Sommige door navigatie gekozen wegen in de omgeving zijn ‘avontuurlijk’ om te rijden. De hoofdwegen zijn prima te doen.

La nostra esperienza presso questa struttura è stata estremamente positiva; l'accoglienza da parte di Marcello è stata senza dubbio perfetta; simpatico educato e molto chiaro nelle indicazioni. La pulizia dell'appartamento è perfetta; bagno pulitissimo, letto, lenzuola e armadio altrettanto e la cosa non è scontata, come purtroppo abbiamo potuto appurare in altre strutture. Finalmente abbiamo trovato ciò che fa per noi. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Sergio e Sara

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

per la seconda volta alloggio da Mila, e per la seconda volta è stato un soggiorno bellissimo. la casa offre tutti i comfort e gode di un'ottima vista e di tanta tranquillità. spero di tornare il prossimo anno

Das AirBnB ist super nah am Stand gelegen, es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe und Giovanni war der beste Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar, sehr bemüht um unser Wohlergehen. Tut euch einen Gefallen und besucht das AirBnB! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Casa corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissima, in pieno centro e dagli spazi confortevoli. Silvana è stata precisa e puntuale nelle indicazioni per il checkin.

Francesca est juste extraordinaire 🥰 En plus d’un logement au top du top qui correspond totalement aux photos, Francesca nous a donner beaucoup d’info concernant la ville, les choses à faire et à visiter et surtout à manger également 😋 Merci encore pour votre réactivité pour les messages et pour votre gentillesse. Vous êtes dévouée pour aider vos hôtes et rendre leur vacance paisible. Francesca a tout installé dans l’appartement pour notre petit garçon. Ensuite n’ayant pas la possibilité de rester dans la chambre pour la sieste de notre Loulou car ce magnifique appartement attendait déjà de nouveaux voyageurs, Francesca nous a laisser profiter des ses transats et parasol sur sa plage privé. Quel bonheur de voir son enfant dormir avec le doux son des vagues 🥰 Et la cerise sur le gâteau, Francesca a garder nos valises toute la journée et nous les a amené directement à l’aéroport à l’heure de notre départ. Juste milles merci à vous pour tout! ❤️

Alessandra was a great host, she met us at the apartment, showed us around and recommended a nearby restaurant (La Corte - very nearby, and excellent). She was very friendly and welcoming, and even offered some flexibility around checkin and checkout times. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was also very cool, no need to even use the air conditioning, very welcome after a hot few hours walking around. The location is central, walking distance from the main attractions, although there is plenty free parking if you need to drive. If we return to L'Aquila we would definitely stay here. Highly recommended.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti e non posso che esprimere la mia piena soddisfazione! L’alloggio era pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ottima, la zona è ben servita. Un ringraziamento speciale ai padroni di casa: gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a dare consigli utili sulla zona. Mi sono sentita davvero accolta come a casa. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, comodo e senza sorprese.

Muy contenta con el apartamento de Marck. Muy bien situado, muy cerca de calles lindas para tomar fotografías de Casoli. La ducha es excelente!presion del agua 1A Marck es un excelente host, se nota su preocupación porque el huésped este contento y sin problemas!
