The communication was excellent — responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. The house was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. It felt like a true home away from home, with lovely touches that showed real care and attention to detail. The location was perfect — peaceful and just a short drive to the medieval cité, shops, and cafes. But what truly made this experience special was the host’s generosity and kindness. Myriam helped with logistics, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely warm and attentive. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Very nice surprise! Beautiful place with very well decorated and renovated house, combining the charm of the old with modern comfort (nothing is missing). The outside is pure happiness: calm, greenery, river, stone bridge... We had a very good weekend. I would recommend this rental.

This 16th century home in a little village in the south of France, nestled amongst vineyards, is a real gem. Lots of opportunity to experience local life, walk in the countryside and explore other local villages. It is absolutely perfect for individuals looking for a quiet restorative holiday that includes visiting local wineries. Lizzie is an exceptional host. She provides lots of information on things to do, places to eat, etc. she rapidly responds to questions and does everything she can to make your stay memorable.

We were a party of three who recently had a most enjoyable holiday in Karlolina's house. The house has been beautifully renovated and has a lovely garden. The village is charming- it was very quiet in early May but I'm sure it is much busier in the height of summer. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, including Carcassonne (very busy) and a handful of the many Cathar castles in the region. Our tour and tasting at the local vinegar producer was very interesting.

We had a wonderful time here! The house is a real feel-good place – perfect for switching off, feeling at home and recharging your batteries. It is furnished with great attention to detail, very well maintained and is located in a fantastic environment. We were particularly impressed by the excellently equipped kitchen and the thoughtful details in the wardrobe and bathroom - nothing was really missing. The outdoor area is also beautifully designed: a wonderful place to relax with a spacious terrace and a large, shared pool that is very clean. We also loved that Jan made the garage available to us for our motorcycles. But there is also a large parking lot for cars and trailers. Anne-Marie and Jan are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and full of good tips for excursions and restaurants! Thank you both! We would recommend the place at any time and would love to come back.

It was our second time visiting, and we loved it even more than we did the first time. Richard, Marvin, Burt, Marge & Toby are all exceptional hosts. We absolutely loved our time there. The pool is divine, and sitting outside Gite 1 every evening playing chess and drinking rosé was the best. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere; only the sound of birds singing and trees rustling in the wind - but only 10 minute drive to a supermarket. Gite 1 has a fabulously big & comfortable bed, and the bathroom is recently renovated to an outstanding standard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Ingrid’s beautiful home in the medieval village of Caunes-Minervois. The house is spread across three levels, making it both unique and very comfortable… main floor with a cozy living room, equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio. One floor down, a spacious main bedroom with large bathroom. On the lowest level, a guest room, second bathroom, and a laundry, which made our stay even more convenient. It was well-kept, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked. Although Ingrid wasn’t there in person, she was an excellent host. Her friend welcomed us warmly, walked us through the house, answered all our questions, and offered great local recommendations. The village itself is absolutely charming, and this Airbnb truly made our visit extra special. It is perfect for one or two couples, or a family, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend La Sucre.

Thank you for the good care and the good spacious apartment. The location was definitely very good and the fact that we could park safely too! The apartment is very neat, spacious, kitchen equipped with all basic equipment. Bathroom is also neat. Air conditioning functions well both heating and cooling. Guests must convince themselves that they are pulling the front door tightly when they leave the premises.

Excellent stay in this independent cottage with a great view! Just like at home, nothing was missing and we loved the enclosed outdoor space, as did our dog! We were also very well received by Thierry! Thank you very much;)

We had a very nice stay in the stylishly furnished apartment, which was big enough to host us as a family with two small children and dog. We were able to check in earlier which helped us a lot. The communication was flawless and the proximity to the city was an absolute plus. We were also able to park in front of the building for free, which was very convenient. We highly recommend this place! Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation is very nice and spacious. The location is a positive point, the apartment is close to a square where we found restaurants and bars.

Very comfortable and spacious accomodation with great views and easy access to the citadel and Ville Basse. Well equipped kitchen and several options for eating in and outdoors. Entertainment includes bicycles, table tennis and nice pool. Pierre communicated well and responded quickly to any queries.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! Even with bad weather you can have a nice time as in the living room you are immersed in nature thanks to the big windows. Really remarkable was also the equipment of the kitchen, there is everything (tarte formes, icecubes, coffee,…).

We spent a wonderful week here on a family trip (5 adults and 1 toddler). The house had plenty of space for us all and an idyllic garden and pool. A cot, high chair, plates and toys were provided, with kids Netflix also available, which made it a perfect stay for our toddler. We would definitely return and recommend!

Lise's accommodation is fabulous. It is spacious, clean and you can find everything you need, just like at home. The park is beautiful . My grandchildren loved playing there all together. Supermarkets are 5 km away, there are all the stores you want up to Action ..... The village is easily accessible on foot, there is a supermarket, tobacco, pizzeria ..... the calm of the property is very relaxing. There are lots of games in the cellar, racket games, badminton... we played a lot. Towels and tea towels as needed. There are also board games and lots of books. This house has a soul and we thank Lise very much for hosting us there but also for her kindness and availability. And thank you for letting us enjoy it longer than expected. We had a great weekend with 17 people! The house is spacious and the exteriors too. The many bathrooms are very popular for large groups. The kitchen is very well equipped. Hosts are responsive. In short, excellent value for money! I highly recommend! Thank you for this stay!

Situated off a country road, down a little lane with two or three houses nearby, Guillaume's house offers a beautiful, tranquil respite from the world. The house is well equipped, very spacious, great kitchen, comfy beds, and the outside terrace is quite big and partially covered so you can escape the sun when necessary. Guy and Agnes, the parents of Guilluame, were warm and welcoming. Guy gave us an extended tour of his vineyards and pistachio tree orchard, which are just stunning. We had a personal tasting of his wine that was wonderful. We enjoyed the vineyard views from the terrace, loved listening to the great variety of birds and the stargazing at night was awesome. We need to go back!!
