Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Tuvimos una muy buena y cómoda estadía. El lugar estuvo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado (cerca a lugares donde comer y centros comerciales). Yusuf estuvo en contacto y atento a nuestra llegada para asegurarse que sea de la mejor manera. Gracias Yusuf!

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

- Super Lage, man hat direkt alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Es sind praktisch 3 große Malls nah beieinander und sind alle sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. - Das Internet hat sehr gut funktioniert - Man kann in die Sauna, in den Außen- und Innenpool. - Eine gemeinschaftliche schöne Terrasse - Wohnung war Recht sauber - Ein kleiner Schreibtisch war gebrochen, wurde aber nach ein paar Tagen ersetzt. - Nachteil, auf den Fotos sieht es ein wenig größer aus, aber für eine Person oder ein Pärchen reicht es aus. - Küche ist für zwei Personen eingerichtet, nicht mehr - Kein Wasser beim Ankommen Im Ganzen ganz gut, nach dem mir der Schreibtisch gebracht wurde, hat mir alles gut gepasst. Musste etwas länger als geplant in Jakarta bleiben, habe den Aufenthalt auch verlängert.

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. 窓からの見晴らしがよく、インターネットの速度も申し分なかったです。 アリが結構いるのが気になりましたが、それ以外に不満はなかったです。部屋のクリーニングのサービスが付いているので、自分でタオルを洗濯したり、トイレットペーパーを買ったりしなくてよかったです。コンロが使用禁止だったので料理ができなかったです。

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Great apartment, great location

Meskipun hanya semalam, kami sangat puas dengan tempat yang kami tempati ini. Gambar dalam foto sangat serupa dengan kenyataannya. Seluruh ruangan sangat bersih dan peralatan di dapur sangat lengkap. Kolam renamg juga sangat bersih. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

Peter’s home was fantastic!! Already looking to return at a future date. A great location with fantastic amenities. Peter gave really good instructions for the check-in process, which made it a breeze after a long journey. Thank you Peter!!

Patrick hat eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft im Apartmentkomplex. Der self check-in verlief reibungslos, die Anweisungen waren klar. Der Apartementkomplex ist durch Sicherheitspersonal im Erdgeschoss gut verwaltet, man fühlt sich sehr sicher. die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist mehr als ausreichend. Sehr geschmackvoll ist auch die Einrichtung. In der angrenzenden Mall hat man genügend Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen, oder anderweitig einkaufen zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war reibungslos, selten einen so proaktiven Host kennengelernt.

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
