Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

I had an amazing experience staying at this place! The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and clean. The directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow, which made the check-in process seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place.

Great value. Worthwhile if positioning yourself to explore that area of Jakarta, usually too much traffic if having to go towards Central. Building has laundry and convenience stores at ground level. Sounds of normal residential area should be expected, other residents, prayer call and nearby road.

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

- Great location, you have everything you need directly on site. There are practically 3 large malls close to each other and are all within walking distance. - The internet worked very well - You can go to the sauna, outdoor and indoor pool. - A communal beautiful terrace - Apartment was quite clean - A small desk was broken but was replaced after a few days. - Disadvantage, in the photos it looks a little bigger, but it is enough for a person or couple. - Kitchen is set up for two people, no longer - No water on arrival All in all, after which the desk was brought to me, everything was a good fit for me. Had to stay in Jakarta a little longer than planned, I also extended the stay.

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Great apartment, great location

Even if it's just for one night, we're very satisfied with the place we're staying in. The image in the photo is very similar to the reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

Had a great 5 night stay here while getting a visa in Jakarta. Felix was very responsive and we enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in, a nice view on the 38th floor, and a good safe place on the north side of Jakarta. Thanks!
