Fantastic large apartment with all the amenities you need and a great pool.

Enjoyed the place, location and the view. Good for holidays.!!Were stayed here for 11 days. Only elevators required some patience.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

Sarah was the nicest person I rented from on Airbnb for the past 7 years. She provided ideas and recommendations and was always responsive. She even offered us a full bag of fruits :) The place has everything you need to cook, sleep, shower and a enjoy the sea view. There is an amazing restaurant 2 min away that has delicious Indian food, and the beach view is amazing from inside the house. We definitelly recommend staying at Sarah’s house if you want to stay away from the crowded city and malls to just enjoy the nature of Penang and the nearby parks and farms. ❤️

Checked in with 2 dogs. The surrounding is good and I don't have to bring them out for a walk from out of the house compound. Convenient as all the eatery places and market is around the corner. Very accommodating for our pets.

We had a really good stay here! The place is great for groups because every room has its own bathroom and TV, which gave everyone some nice private space. Each room also has 2–3 sockets, so charging our stuff wasn’t a problem. The water pressure in each bathroom was totally fine too. The owner was friendly and quick to reply to messages and calls. He even let us try the KTV room for free! Only thing is, there’s just one master gate card, and you need it to keep the electricity on in the house. So if you're with a big group, someone always has to be around to open the gate or door if people come back at different times. Kinda inconvenient, but not a huge deal. Also, the noise cancellation isn’t perfect. We could hear water running from upstairs and some talking from outside. But honestly, it didn’t bother us much because having our own private space mattered more. Overall, it was a comfy, fun stay with great service. Would definitely recommend it for families or groups of friends!

Its a kampung house from the outside but once you go in its all newly built & its super clean inside. Its just walking distance from paddy field. Really worth the money we paid for.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

Friendly host and amazing spacious house!!

Overall clean and tidy. Washing machine provided and huge space for laundry. Carporch is big enough for 3 small cars.

I stayed at this homestay that felt just like my own village back in Bangladesh — peaceful, beautiful srroundings, exactly what i needed. Definitely will come back again.

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

The room is very clean, the toilet and kitchen are very neat and orderly, and there is a game console to play, and there are dog plates and dog beds for dogs to use.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

I travel quite often for my business trip in Penang. Among all the homestay unit I’ve ever stayed in Straits Quay, This is the best unit so far! The unit is newly renovated, comfortable and clean! Highly recommended. Very helpful & responsive host as well. Will book again for my next trips!
