Apartment holiday rentals in Penang

We stayed here for a total of 3 weeks and loved it! The building is newer with a beautiful pool and clean gym. The unit was very clean when we arrived and lots of space. I really liked that there was a drinking water filter with both cold and hot water options available. The owners are friendly and very responsive throughout our stay. They were able to work with us for our last minute changes. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back :)

Same as per described. The view was amazing and the space exactly as per advertised. Host was super helpful and location near to georgetown ❤️ Will recommend to friends that visiting penang.

Already back and forth staying in this apartment, clean and cozy. Have tried a few other apartments but to keep this is the best. 👍👍👍

Spacious apartment perfect for a family - with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house was clean, the host provided enough pillows and towels for everyone and the kitchen were well kept. Location-wise you'll need Grab/ a car (parking is provided) to get around but that's no issue for us. Grab Food was easy too as there were lots of restaurants around the area.

overall very happy to stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, but the toilet flush have a problem, communication with richard very good, richard change the tv because the old tv cannot open and i left behind my things then richard told to collect , 1000/10 ❤️

The condition of the house is very good. All rooms have airconds and funtioning well. Clean toilet and bathroom. I really recommend this apartment for you guys! - all items in the kitchen can be used (dapur masak, toaster, peti ais, microwave) Just u need to spare or bring ur own mineral water (Water heater is provided no worries). All in all my family enjoy the staycation and felt very comfortable with this house.

Convenient location by taxi, easy to walk to the nearby market!reply fast!Elevator to snap card, safe, with 24-hour security guard!There was a pit light that broke during your stay, but it was already 11pm and sent someone to repair it right away in the morning!The AC is cool enough!

Came to Penang for a prayer retreat and has a wonderful time staying here. Beautiful views of the ocean and convinient location are what makes this place a good choice. Apartment was clean and well equipped.

Had a wonderful time at this place. This place is really a hidden gem. The apartment had a very nice ocean view. It's located very near Georgetown where you can find lots of delicious food and attraction. The place is very clean and new. There's convenience stores, restaurants and park downstairs. Host is very responsive and recommended many local food and attractions. The only downside is that the lift and main lobby is a little old and there is no gym (but there's swimming pool). I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is impeccable in common (The lobby, elevator) there is a ready night market and a 7eleven right next to the door

The place and stay was good. The area family oriented and the direction is clear. Location The place is easy to find and drive to. There is a big garden in front for a walk. 2x Restaurant next to the apartment. Room Clean and acceptable. Furniture is cozy, bed is nice, toilet clean, kitchen have hot cold water machine, tv was amazing. check in easy check in and easy to understand. make sure to read the instruction and guide. overall its a good experience. Owner wipl send communication collect key from guard house. fill up forms. drve in car park. take lift to house. and enjoy the stay. when leaving just clean everything and off all electricity. and return key.

This place feels like home but away from the city and very nice view of the sea. Kitchen has ample things for cooking and big enough as I have to cook light meals for my kids. Instruction given by the host is very easy to follow (for check in & out). The unit has big space for my children and they love the place. Walking distance from the beach and has lots of restaurant/bar/cafe there. Conveniently located at Batu Feringgi. We usually stay at Parkroyal hotel next door but this time we tried Airbnb and it was a wonderful stay. Well Recommended!

Freshly renovated, nice place to stay

Absolutely loved this place! The view alone made everything well worth it. Watched sunrise and sunset in the comfort of our own space. The street lights at night were so beautiful. The stay was super comfortable as well. Place was spotless and neat. Lots of good food nearly as well. The only I wish we had but didn’t was either a washer or a laundromat on site.

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It is close to the city and other major places. Moreover, the host is friendly and very helpful. She made us feel like a home. We definitely would love to come back.
