Very nice detailed apartment in a very nice area..Always felt safe. Walkable..No gym or Sauna in the building..WIFI was fast and reliable, many reboots each day..Very nice stay in Santiago..I recommend the apartment.

Very spacious, lovely enclosed green veranda. The kitchen was well-equipped (there was even salt and olive oil -- learn, airbnb hosts!) The location couldn’t be better, literally around the corner from the buzzing Lastarria St., 10-min walk from Plaza de Armas and Bellavista, and midway between three metro stations. I'd move in tomorrow.

The place is beautiful, everything is super tidy and cozy, we didn't miss anything. Also in the surroundings we had everything close (Mall, Metro, Shops, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Currency Exchange, Supermarket, etc.). Hernán and Carmen always responded kindly to our inquiries and quickly. Highly recommended and definitely an option to return.

We recommend this place! Mabel and Carina are very kind, the apartments are dreamy, decorated with the smallest detail, you can tell that there is love in that place, they thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need, it has laundry detergent, shampoo, soap... etc The decoration of the place is very nice, the details, very cozy! very good location, you can walk, there are many restaurants, parks, close to everything! 100% recommended, we would return to this wonderful place :) definitely a nice experience in this place :)

Impeccable apartment in cleanliness as in the photos, extremely fragrant sheets and towels, close to the market, easy access !!! The wonderful hostess always answered us on time, we love to stay with our family, everything was perfect !!!!

Ma's apartment. José is beautiful, comfortable, modern and very safe. Easy to access. It is very well located (steps from the shopping) and has a very nice view. Jessica was a very kind and helpful host: she allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage in custody for a few hours on the day of departure. Only observation: despite being on a very high floor, it is a bit noisy from the avenue below, but that did not prevent us from having an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

Good apartment, location. Accessible for people with reduced mobility. The only observation is that the space is ideal for 1 or 2 people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable and hard to sleep on (as I had to😅). Everything else, a 7.0!! (The highest score in Chile) 👏☺️

The reception in the building and the support to enter were very good. The Host's instructions are precise, easy to understand, and complete. The apartment is impeccable. Clean. Tidy. The view is beautiful. Excellent alternative for a business trip to Santiago, or a family trip. Very grateful for the experience. I would rent it again. I recommend it.

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! Certainly, on a return to Chile, that's where we'll choose! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this one is in the top 5-10% for sure. Highly recommend! Jed is a wonderful, kind, and professional host. His unit on the top floor was a lovely space and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, hot shower, washer for small loads, balcony (and roof deck), and a nice kitchen (though we didn't really use it.). We loved the coffee shop on the corner (1 min away) for breakfast and lunch or just a quick fresh juice. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do (hike San Cristobal, go to different restaurants, stroll through neighborhoods.). Jed shared lots of local information and assisted us in choosing reliable airport transportation (transvip.) One of the best hosts we've ever had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cozy, comfortable and clean place, as described in the publication, he also took care to have everything you need to get to the apartment, such as coffee, tea, sugar, equipped bathroom ready to use, these small gestures make the arrival at the place very pleasant and certainly make you want to return.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

We had an awesome stay! The pool is sweet. Amenities, location, and comfort were all top notch. The apartment is quiet and spacious, and the area has tons of great restaurants and is very safe. Jorge was a great host, would stay again.

Excellent place. I went to be close to the Davila clinic for an operation and it was a perfect stay, shops, supermarket and transportation. Plus the mall. Communication was essential since the entrance by car requires attention, but if you follow the instructions to the letter, there are no problems. The apartment is impeccable with the essentials for cooking and spending a few quiet days. Very attentive and respond quickly. Thank you very much and I would definitely come back.
