Clean, safe, great gym. Location was perfect for me. Will stay there again.

Stayed for six nights. Space was very clean and the outdoor space was a plus. Would like to say that the communication was great but I had no need for help. Well appointed and comfortable. The river walk and surrounding area made for pleasant walks. Would recommend the property.

My boyfriend and I came here to have a Stay-Cation it was a very cozy home it and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for ourselves we look forward to any future stays :)

I didn’t get to use the amenities I don’t have the time. But this place is a great place to vacation with your family it’s close to practically everything

I had a great stay at Rob’s place. The apartment is so adorable. It was quiet, clean, and had just about everything I needed. Being able to enjoy the outdoors on the beautiful balcony was a huge plus. Not only that, but there is access to the gym + pool. Ron’s place really is a steal. There is 24/7 security at the door and a keypad entrance to the building. I felt safe my entire stay. The parking spot in a gated garage really came in handy as well. There were never any issues, but Rob was so nice and quick with communication. He even offered many places to eat in the area when asked. I will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Great location, plenty of amenities, and kind neighbors. You’ll have everything you need. Perfect for a calm solo trip or for couples. Christine thought of everything. I would literally live here. I plan on staying here every time I come to Florida. Very worth the price.

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. Mike and Leah were exceptional hosts, and their home provided a stunning, tranquil environment for our stay. Having experienced numerous Airbnb accommodations, I can confidently say that this one ranks at the very top. We chose this house to celebrate our marriage, and the decision proved to be perfect. The property was impeccably clean, and the hosts offered straightforward instructions for accessing the home and parking garage, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Throughout our visit, we had no reason to raise any complaints, which speaks volumes about the quality of our stay. When we encountered a minor mechanical issue, Mike and Leah responded promptly, explaining that it would be addressed after our departure, which we appreciated. Overall, both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we are grateful to Mike and Leah for providing such a memorable experience in sunny South Florida. Thank you for everything!

This place is perfect! This was exactly the ‘Miami’ experience we wanted, and we really didn’t want to leave! The unit is so beautiful, with amazing views of both the water and the city, you feel in the middle of everything and removed and relaxed at the same time! Super walkable to some of the best food we’ve had in a long time, try GreenStreet’s goat cheese and tomato omelette, trust me. The area is very clean and very upscale, but not snooty. Sylvain was a fantastic, responsive host! We are so happy we found this gem and seriously cannot wait to come back!

Garden was beautiful and the private area with hot tub felt a like a personal hot spring oasis.

El alojamiento es tal cual lo descrito y lo que se ve en las fotos, nos quedamos en el alojamiento de Marvin 2 días antes de un crucero que tomamos y 5 días después de este, en los primeros días hubieron algunos inconvenientes que conversándolos con Marvin para nuestra segunda visita ya estaban solucionados, lo que demuestra que es un anfitrión de lujo! Marvin siempre está dispuesto a ayudar o solucionar problemas, pero no tuvimos muchos inconvenientes ya que, la casa estaba maravillosa, persona que entra se da cuenta de la limpieza que hay ya que, huele muy bien. Las camas demasiado cómodas lo que hace que después de un día cansador recorriendo, pudiéramos llegar a la casa y realmente descansar hasta mejor que en nuestra propia casa. Volveremos muy felices a alojarnos en un futuro por nuestro paso por fort lauderdale!

My hubby and I celebrate our birthdays and wedding anniversary all in the same week-and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to celebrate! Cinthias place is in a prime location, with so much within walking distance and a gorgeous balcony view. The place was extremely clean and offered everything we needed for a full week. Cinthia is very responsive friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We had An amazing week and truly can’t wait to come back again in the future! Highly recommend this space!!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay for my birthday vacation! Host very accommodating quick with responding allowed us early check in when our plane landed around 9:30 am which was amazing because most host don’t allow that early free of charge ! Unit very nice and clean Right on the beach The extra bathroom towels and beach towels definitely came in handy! Living room view was honestly the best part! Since it’s not much of a beach view due to being in a room on the opposite side of the beach ( balcony view had a slight beach view that was still pretty nice ) Valet parking guys were also very pleasant! Will be looking to book again at the Dharma Home Suites Miami Beach at Monte Carlo. Thank you for having us

We have stayed at Kate's property several times and have never been disappointed! She is a fantastic host and extremely responsive. The property is beautiful and well-taken care of. This is our go-to spot for our vacations in South Florida!

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!
