The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

We had a wonderful stay in Cessnock! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the heart of the wine region and conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores, which made it easy to enjoy a night out or cook at home. Jen was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The fireplace was such a cozy touch, especially paired with a glass of wine from one of the nearby wineries. What a beautiful location. A warm, cozy, well equiped cabin, surrounded by idylic scenery. The perfect place to explore the adjacent sections of the great north walk. Wonderful views where too much walking is barely enough!! Lovely hot shower in the evening and definitely the best nights sleep I have had in a long time!!

We had the most beautiful stay at Summerhouse. It truly felt like stepping into the pages of a magazine. Every detail was thoughtfully curated and absolutely perfect. Daniela was an exceptional host, warm and welcoming, and we loved getting to know her (and the alpacas!). The property itself is stunning. We spent a blissful afternoon sipping wine in the sun, watching the animals roam, then enjoyed a delicious home-cooked meal by the fire. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Such a sweet little granny flat, close to Hunter Valley region! Parking right outside the flat was accessible, instructions to enter the property was easy. Flat was very clean & had everything we needed including a kitchen & essentials like oil, salt & pepper as we like cooking to save some cash. The area is very quiet and the backyard was nice to step out on either at night to see the moon & stars or early in the morning to listen to the birds singing along with the trees swaying, so peaceful! Dinnash is very responsive and friendly, no wonder he is a super host! Thank you Dinnash for making our short stay so comfortable. All the best!
