The Jungle

Really enjoyed our week here! The lake is a fab place to come and hike, bike, swim and eat 😋 The place is lovely and quiet. The house has all you need and the garden is a nice place to sit. The only con is there is not a pavement on the walk up to the house from the town so not the nicest walk back. Would defo get bikes for the week next time which would make it a perfect location.

Luxury villa with spectacular views on lake Orta

SusanaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Gael and Ulrika's house is a blast! It's very well put, with very noble materials and with great taste. The location is UNIQUE! There is a view that can be appreciated from every room of the lake and mount them; awesome!! It was her home for 15 a;os and they take care of it very carefully. The terrace is wonderful and spacious, there is a saltarinas for the boys ( and big) To get there is a steep descent that can be stressful but worth this little one;or try!!! You can go down to Pella walking. The journey is very short, although if steep, very good daily exercise. The area is lovely, and there are several walks to do. Gael and Ulrika tell you everything!!!

Charmingly renovated stone house around Orta Lake

BrianRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a wonderful stay in Rossella's Stonehouse. It is a lovely cottage, well kept, clean and tidy with a well equipped, modern kitchen. It is in a very quiet village which is great for peace and relaxation. Rossella provided some very helpful recommendations for both eating out and getting groceries. A footpath leads from the cottage down to Lake Orta with a great circular walk back through the countryside and pretty villages. It is also in a good location for exploring wider around Lake Orta and over to Lake Maggiore. Thoroughly recommended.

Lake Orta - Accommodation, Le Rive 2

MoritzRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We spent a week in Roberto's apartment. The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. Everything you need is available, even a washing machine in the bathroom. Nothing was missing. On the terrace, there is also a seating area with a parasol. From the apartment, you can reach the lake in 1 minute with a public sunbathing area and swimming facilities. Roberto was super hospitable and was always approachable. In summary, it was a perfect vacation from start to finish, in the apartment you felt at home :)

Loft on Lake Orta

AnjaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful time here. Pella is a tranquil village with a few restaurants and a small alimentari, where you can also get good pizzas. The location of the house is wonderful, especially the view from the terrace of the boathouse is really fantastic. The cottage is tastefully furnished and has everything you need, we did not miss the TV, we preferred to enjoy the view of the lake. For hiking enthusiasts, the area has a lot to offer, with the ferry you can travel the entire lake, and Lake Maggiore is also within easy reach. Two good-natured Labrador dogs live on the property, which you simply have to have, our dogs were accepted without any problems, they were always around us when we were there. The only thing to complain about was the arrival, at the agreed time no one was on site and also not reachable by phone, probably a communication problem, as we had booked a day later. Conclusion: We will be happy to come back.
